I ordered Prostamax Plus on the 16th January, it is now the 24th February and still waiting for delivery. They take the money from your account on the time of ordering, so they are using my money before making the goods available. This is the last time I will be purchasing any supplements from this Company
Ordered some Rhodalia from this setup and after waiting two weeks got some stuff drop shipped in from Eastern Europe. I can't begin to say how little confidence I have that these are either safe or effective and I certainly won't be using Woods Health again. I only wish I had taken the time to check their nearly universally terrible reviews online before using them. Oh and I tried to comment on their website but it appears they don't like less than positive reviews - make of that what you will...
I have been waiting for my order since 4th April and still no sign of it. Customer support is useless and can't even tell me where my delivery is or when it is due!! Supposed to be sending me a goods not received form to complete but funnily enough a week on I'm still waiting for this form. Worse company I have ever felt with and defiantly won't be using or recommending to even my worst enemy!!
After a month of waiting for my vitamins I began to read reviews and discovered I have a lot of company. I don't know if anyone gets anything delivered from this company or if it's a racket. I cancelled the credit card charge so I'll now have to see if I'll get my money back. Since the vitamins were coming from Serbia I'm almost happy they never showed up. One has to wonder what kind of quality control is in place for a company from Jersey selling vitamins from Eastern Europe.
Well, I thought I was smarter than I really am, because I've been through this charade TWICE now! First time, I waited for several weeks for a glucosamine product, which arrived after three emails and a couple of phone calls, none of which made contact with a real person. Now I'm awaiting delivery of a mixed consignment - only ordered and paid for three weeks ago - and I've received a single pack from Budapest. (I ordered 3 of the same product. How does this happen?). I don't know if I'll get any of the other stuff. But at least I can secure a refund through my credit card. Like many other unsatisfied customers, I wonder how Woods have been in business for so long. Perhaps it's just offering low prices and securing a high turnover via their web presence. So if you're thinking of using Woods Health, make sure you order some old age supplements because you'll grow very old waiting for delivery. If you need supplements within the next 6 months or so - seriously, go elsewhere.
I ordered various things from WOODS to the total of £26. at the beginning of September. 3 weeks later still no supplements! I emailed them twice, no reply. I then telephoned them asking for an explanation......... they said "the items had been dispatched" hmmmmmmmmmmm really! A week later still no supplements, I telephoned them again, this time the answer was "they have been held up in customs" I asked for my money back, they replied as the items had been dispatched NO they couldn't.My advice is stay WELL CLEAR, Woods treat their customers with complete contempt.
Appalling is the only word I can use to describe the standards of service and communication offered by Woods. Yes! Their prices are competitive but you have to wonder whether Woods read any of their reviews, most of those going back to 2009 complain about the lack of communication and supply standards of the company. In my case part of an order placed 11/08/2012 has still not been completed. Emails have not been answered nor has there been any communication from Woods, instigated by them, apart from the long standing website apology, which explain the reasons for the delay. Communications by telephone are through a 'call centre' who appear to have only have a prepared response sheet to refer to. I still have no idea when I might expect delivery yet money disappears with alacrity from the account when you place an order. I would recommend you look elsewhere for your Health products.
Ordered four items, all arrive in separate parcels (what a waste) the fourth item has not arrived. Received via e-mail a discount offer voucher I e-mailed back suggesting that rather than sending out vouchers to encourage people to purchase only for them not to supply, they should provide what people have paid for 1st of all. As soon as they get cheques they must 'leg it' down the bank because cheques clear in record time, was going to use my CC but having has problems with Woods before thought it would be safer to send a cheque. Using my CC at least I could have got my money back. Its the stoney silence from them that is frustrating. Last time I'll use them!!
I ordered a number of items from Woods Health and after about 10 days the first item arrived.Then a few days later a second item arrived, followed a week later by another item.To date I am still awaiting an item I ordered in the middle of June, and despite a couple of e-mails to them I have received neither the missing item or even a reply to my e-mail.Will definitely NOT shop with this company again.D.R Smith
I ordered 2 items totalling £14 on 9th June, nearly 2 weeks elapsed (the money had gone out of my account) so I emailed them. No response, but the cheaper item arrived 2 days later. I emailed them again last week as to the whereabouts of the other item, no response, but they sent the 'free gift' of multi-vitamins. I am still waiting for the other item and am about to email them again (yawn!) They did say they were having despatch delays due to moving depots (this was on the website) but they should not take people's money in advance of honouring an order which never arrives. Like the other reviewers I wish I had read this blog first! I would ask them for a refund, but looks like people haven't been having much look there either. BAD SERVICE, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TOTAL MICKEY MOUSE OUTFIT!! I MEAN...ARE THE SUPPLEMENTS EVEN GENUINE, IF THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE????
I ordered supplements in the middle of April to the value of £50 and waited until late June before they started to arrive. I wrote, emailed, telephoned and still I waited with absolutely no replies to my correspondence. I asked for an invoice for my purchases as I ordered by telephone for my insurance company and have just been ignored - they are hopeless. I have requested they take my name of their mailing lists but as they do not obviously read their emails this was a useless request!
I wish I'd read some reviews before ordering from this company. They should be avoided at all costs. They took payment immediately and one month after placing my order I only have half of what I ordered. They do not respond to emails and nine times out of 10 you get an answerphone if you ring (and no returned call). When you do speak to someone you get very polite but inconsistent information - delivery lead times are 2 weeks or 28 days depending upon who you speak to or when (much too long in this day and age). Product is shipped from Switzerland apparently. I don't hold out much hope of getting the 2nd half of my order and if I do it will be some weeks down the line. Whilst I may eventually get it the hassle and inconvenience and general uncertainty far outweigh the few quid you may save. I'd not use them again and not recommend them to anybody. Like another reviewer has mentioned they actually warrant zero stars or a minus score. Incidentally when I did ask why emails / calls were not responded to I did not get a helpful reply. Truly dreadful. Bunch of crooks should be shut down.
Like other writers, money taken, no goods received, no response to emails and the tel number only contacts to an ansaphone inviting me to "place an order"(I should be so stoopid!). Unfortunately, there isn't a no star or minus star option so this ends up as 1 star, which is far too high a ratingDee
I placed an order for 14.99 paid through payal on 29th April . I have phoned and got answer machine and email several times 29th of May now still not recieved and no contact from them .i FEEL AS IF THEY SAT READING MY MAILS AND LAUGHING .The worst of it is this item was for someone else so im going to have to give them the cash back from my pocket im out of work.I did however pay through paypal will paypal help .
!0 days and still no product or communication. Wish I had read these reviews before using this company - I will be asking Paypal for a refund,,,
