I had this TV before and had my PlayStation 4 system connected to it.I used the TV in game mode and had no complaints. The movies and TV shows were good too,I streamed them on netflix. However, ther aren't many customization options on this TV and I found it a bit hard to get used to or even make changes to the sound and the picture and that really upset me because the price was that high.
But the overall performance of the TV vas very good, would definetly recommend.

The Samsung UE40H6273 it's a 40 inches television from last year (2014) series and I think it's better than the new J models (2015) from the same series (6).
It's a good size for a small bedroom or a big kitchen.
It has a quad core processor which of course it helps a lot with the Smart part of the tv and you can connect to the internet by wire or wireless. It's also Skype ready, so you need to buy a special HD Webcam if you are interested in using this.
We have 4 HDMI ports and 3 USB. In the USB ports we can connect our webcam (the one with the high voltage alimentation), our external hdd
or a USB stick, from which we can always play our movies or songs, or just see our pictures with the integrated good player. This can also be done wireless (with DLNA), from our computer or laptop, just by installing a software like Serviio or Plex on our computer.
With Screen Mirroring we can see the files from our tablet or smartphone, on our tv screen.
The Smart View 2.0 app from Samsung it's not so good for playing movies from our computer, but it's good if you want to use your laptop as a remote control, or you just want to make a joke to your children by changing the channel while he has the main remote control.
It's worth every penny and it's pretty hard to find better at this price.
My aunt bought this model just a week ago and was showing it off when I came over. The first good thing is the TV is wide. Since it is also HD, watching football and movies (especially those like Transformers or Fast and Furious for the nice cars) I swear it's like you could almost reach out and touch it!
Also, you fellow gamers are gonna love it. Hook up your console (PS3, Xbox or anything else) or even output your PC display to the TV and you can forget about that little screen your PC or laptop has to offer. I played FIFA, Left4Dead 2, Crysis, Modern Warfare etc etc the list goes on and all that I can say was it was the best thing about my aunt's place ever, save her cookies.
Throughout gaming, I did not need to hook up any external sound systems because the TV was loud enough. Though I did hook up my external stereo speakers at night for the sake of my aunt so I can still hear the game sounds but not disturb her sleep with the sound of the TV. Her room is the second down the adjacent hallway. It can be that loud and more.
As I used it more for gaming than actually watching TV, I can say that the display is superb. This is the definition of gaming in HD. Dual monitors can not top this (though not everyone would let you hook up your laptop to the TV).
