always have some in my cupboard, a nice healthy snack!

I wouldn't use a Fruit & Grain bar as an alternative to my normal breakfast as it wouldn't fill me up! But they are a fantastic bar to have as a snack or an addition to your normal breakfast. I use to always buy Nutrigrain bars but have found that these taste exactly the same and are almost half the price! I normally buy a multi pack for between £2 - £3 which has 6 x Apple & Cinnamon, 6 x Blueberry & 6 x Strawberry bars and they are all delicious! They contain no artificial colours or flavours, have added calcium and are a source of fibre. The inidividual bars are 37g and come wrapped in foil for freshness, they are easy to open and small enough to carry around in your bag. I think they are a great snack for children to try and encourage them away from chocolate & crisps etc and they have a bit of a sweet taste with the fruit filling so any children with a sweet tooth should be satisfied.
