      .

This is Asda's version of Quavers. They are pretty similar, but a good bit cheaper. You get a multipack bag of these for £1.20 and they were on the Asda mix and match 3 for £3 offer. So you can try a bag of these along with other Crisps. The outer bag looks alright. It is coloured how the Dooyoo picture has it, but I think the green and orange with the Curly Crisps on the front isn't perhaps the nicest looking bag. That's just me though. The inner bags are alright. Seem to be thick enough bags and has the usual picture on the front. When you open the bag you can smell a nice Cheese scent from these. They don't smell overly Cheddary, but a nice more mild Cheese scent. They are thin and crunchy enough and pretty curly shaped. You can feel a slight grain on these. Nothing too powdery, but just a subtle sprinkling of Cheese over these. I would say that these were a bit thinner than Quavers. They didn't seem to stick to your tongue the same, which was ok with me, as they still disolved good enough. I guess it's just when you are used to the brand named ones, and you can feel like the cheaper makes aren't quite up to the standard. These were enjoyable enough, and for the price of these I would buy them and have kept buying them. I guess if the brand named ones were the same price, then i would probably go for brand, but since there is a fair amount of difference in money between the 2 makes, then I will keep buying these ones. Per 19g bag these have 84 calories, so a little snack which is diet friendly.

Great product, will definatley buy again

ASDA Cheesy Curls! Boy do I love these crisps, they taste just like Quavers, so if you like them you will love these. You can buy these from ASDA and they cost 1 pounds 5p for 12 bags. BArgain!! The crisps are shaped exactly like quavers and I believe this is where the name 'curls' comes from. The crisps are shaped into a curl. These are conisderably cheaper than quavers. The curls come in a large multipackbag which then contain the actual bags of crisps. The crisps come in a green foil packet and have bright colours and writing on the front. The nutritional info and calorie content etc are all displayed on each packet of crisps and not just on the multipack. The ingredients are as follows High oleic sunflower oil, potato starch, wheat flour, maize flour, cheese flavouring, potato solids, salt, spices, emulsifier, rapeseed oil and onion powder. The warning label states that they contain gluten, milk and wheat. Each bag of curls contains 71 calories, 0.6g of protein, 6.6g of carbs,4.7g of fat, 0.2g of fibre and 0.19g of sodium. Overall, great crips for adults and children, good low calorie content and great price. ps the packaging is different to the one in the image. Incase anyone is wondering how I have posted so 4 reviews in less than 2 mins is because I had previously wrote and saved them until the product comes available as I requested it to be added. Just so you do not think I have copied from another website.
