      Really yummy dressing!

When it comes to a salad I'm really not a fan of the stuff to be totally honest with you. I find it too plain for my taste buds really, though of course I do try to eat vegetables and stuff as much as I can to try stay fit healthy and slim! So lately I have been trying to eat alto more healthily and I suddenly had a brain wave and though I needed some interesting but still low fat and healthy dressings and sauces and so when I spotted this picked it up and decided to buy it! The Packaging: 250ml tall bottle which is made of glass and has a black screw on/off black lid to the top of it. On the front of the bottle there is a white label and on that I'm told that it is The English Provender Co 'Less than 2% fat', Honey & Mustard Dressing ,'Expertly made with the finest ingredients'. On the back label other information listed includes being told a bit about the product, ingredients, allergy advice and storage details and given, size is stated (as I've listed already of course) and contact details for the company are stated. Nice enough, simple to look at bottle this is, easy to open and informative enough! A Bit About The Product According To The Information Given On The Back Of the Bottle: A delicious blend of Dijon mustard and golden honey. Drizzle over crisp lettuce, glaze some gammon steaks or tart up a new potato salad. Using This: This is actually really yummy! It's a rather runny light brown sort of murky coloured liquid that doesn't to be fair look all that appetizing really! You can see some mustard seeds in there and when you unscrew the lid you sort of get a spiced smell with a vinegary undertone to it. Taste wise well this is sweet in a really natural way and you can actually detect that, that sweetness comes from honey. You can taste the mustard too but it isn't a hot sort of flavour and when used over food or whatever you do get slightly crunchy mustard seeds in your mouth which really do give a nice texture to an otherwise smooth dressing that or easy to chew and digest, so don't worry about breaking your teeth on this! You can also taste a very slight onion taste within in with a hint of garlic aroma and taste and the whole dressing is nicely blended and seasoned. This is a really lovely dressing. It looks like a natural and high quality product from the look of the bottle and appearance to the actual dressing and so taste wise that all fits well with what I was already expecting when I bought it! Great to dribble over foods, especially salads and potato's as the bottle says and I can't wait to use this to glaze things with! Available in all good supermarkets at about £2.29 a bottle.
