      Early learning Centre butterfly wand

I love playing dress up with my little girl and I try to collect things now and again that I find that will be perfect for her dress up box. That includes ribbons and bits from presents she receives, some old hats that I don't wear any more and when I saw this wand in The Early Learning Centre last year I had to get her one. I actually went looking for the wand for a friend. I had asked two of my girlfriend sot be godmother to my little girl when she was christened but because they were not christened themselves they couldn't undertake that role due to the church's rules so I still wanted to get them a present to say thank you. As they now wanted to be known as Fairy Godmothers to my little girl I thought a little wand as a bit of a joke present would be funny so I bought them one each of these too. At only £3 per wand it was not much money but was a well received gift and a wand that my little girl adores too as she can play being a princess fairy with it. The wand is very pink and girly. It is in the shape of a butterfly. The wings of the butterfly are made of a squishy, sparkly silvery pink material which reflects the light really nicely. In the middle where the body of the butterfly is there is a bright pink fluffy feather with a big pink jewel in the middle of that. There are also some little blue jewels on the butterfly's wings and then the tentacles are little plastic strands with little tiny beads on them. There are also some thin pink and blue ribbons that fall from the bottom of the butterfly so when you spin and twirl this wand all these extra bits make it look really fancy and girly. The butterfly is attached to a fairly long pink plastic stick so you can hold the wand out and make spells with it and change frogs into princes. Like I said this wand only costs £3 but it does look a lot better quality than the price would suggest. We have had it for over a year now and all the jewels are still in place and we have no damage to the butterfly so I would say that this has been a very good buy.
