The Huntingtower Arms (located on harlaxton road) was taken over by a new owner in may 2008 and turned from a somewhat dubious pub, to a fantastic place to eat and drink. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fairly priced, homemade, and delicious. They have a wide range of meals on offer, but the main thing they do is a carvery, which only costs £3.50 monday to Saturday and sunday's at £7.49. Meals are served 12pm until 9pm everyday, and they also have live entertainment every friday and saturday nights, and a quiz and curry night on wednesday evenings (you can have one without the other) The pub has been refurbished to a very high standard, and now has a brand new private beer garden, two 48" TV's showing Sky sports and Setanta sports (if there is anything on of course!) All in all, this is a top place to eat if you're in grantham. Be sure to try any of their desserts! Gorgeous!
