Tried the new Pizza Go Go in bristol last night. Won't be bothering again, it was like an expensive kebab shop pizza, very very greasy, oh and my girlfriend now has food poisoning. Thanks Pizza Go Go!
ordered a pizza at 6.30 was told it will be therein 30-45 minutes. After 45 minutes got a call the pizza was flown away by strong winds.have to wait for 20 more minutes.THERE WAS NO WIND OUTSIDE NOT A LEAF MOVING.no compensation was offered ans as usual the delivery driver says "i only deliver don't know anything"VERY POOR SERVICE ,TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.IF YOU ARE HUNGRY DON'T ORDER FROM PIZZA GOGO WASTE OF TIME.
I used to order from here a lot, and i only ever had one problem with them which was when they delivered the wrong pizza once. My most recent order was a disaster, they delivered the pizza for me and my girlfriend, shortly after eating a majority of the pizza we found something odd in one of her slices, you guessed it, a tiny little grey hair, we gave them the benefit of the doubt being turned off the remaining 5 slices of pizza, we began to chomp into another slice of pizza finding yet another short grey hair nicely soaked into the dough, sick to our stomachs we decided to investigate the other 4 slices of pizza where we found ANOTHER short grey hair. Not to mention a piece of plastic buried in the bread crumbs of our mozzarella stick. I then phoned up the store and asked them to come pick up the pizza and refund me, they said they would send someone, well surprisingly they didn't turn up, so an hour and a half later I called again, they sent someone, finally. The driver turned up and said he would only refund us £10 out of the £13 we paid for the pizza because we had eaten some (well sorry I didn't find your chefs disgusting grey hairs sooner) I said that's not acceptable so he called the store and got someone on the phone that then said to me "I think £10 is acceptable because you had eaten some of the pizza, and sometimes customers plant hairs in the product themselves to get the money back" after him accusing me of something like that I then told him I won't be ordering again because of their disgusting hygiene and attitude, I really advise people not to order from there as my experience was dreadful, I was a good customer, but thanks to that performance they have lost one. I am going to post the review around as much as many places as I can so people can read the poor service I recieved from this particular store. I have pictures and videos of the pizza if anyone is curious.
Placed an order for a pizza, the box came damage by water as the package was not protected from the rain during the delivery process. Once i took the first bite into the Pizza I then discovered at the wrong base was on my pizza. I phone the ordering location of 84 Bellegrove Road, Welling, Kent DA16 3QB. The person that answered the phone was rude was passed on to the store manager whom didn't allow me to state that there was an error with their system. Below is a copy of my order: Menu items 1 x 2's Special - Medium £14.90 1 x Free Choice £0.00 Size: Medium (10.5") Base: Standard Please add: Extra Tomato Sauce (base sauce), Black Olives, Jalapeno Peppers, Mushrooms £0.00 1 x Free Choice £0.00 Size: Medium (10.5") Base: Standard Please add: Salami, Tuna, Anchovies, Mushrooms £0.00 Subtotal £14.90 The Manager and the Receptionist disputed my claims and that I ordered a BBQ Base, I told them that my order is the same all the time and never changes but they went on and that Order Number 1 has a BBQ base cause.A few foul words were exchange as these people do not allow you to speak and they are always right in their mind and that your opinion or review will never count. They called back to apologize having reviewed that we were loyal customers. None the less I will never use or recommend the service of GOGO Pizza Ever again. Staff is Rude, Out of Order and they can care less if they offend you or not because they are always too busy as they will tell you when they call... I wish to draw you the reader attention to this and make a judgement call for your self.
Worst food ever...driver forgot drinks and dips after 1.5 hours of waiting...veggie lasagne was terrible, no veggies at all!...boxes were damaged, so food was cold and the toppings of my pizza were stuck on the lid...my four garlic breads were pressed together to one item...food ended up in the bin... Shop should be closed! Would like to give minus five stars!
after a long day at work and only a few hours of relaxation until i go back i ordered a cheese pizza. it took two hours to arrive and when it did it was stone cold and a pot of garlic dip( which i hate and hadn't ordered ) had exploded all over it. when i rang to complain i was told that the manager was not in call in 5 mins. 5 mins later call in an hour. an hour later go away were busy. i am trying to contact the head office who seem not to be responsible for their francheiese staff. my family all my friends and all of theirs will not be ordering from pizza gogo in upper richmond road putney again. i cant post this without putting a star ratting so i will put one and mean NONE.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza ....simple request...I was delivered a mushroom, red onion & what looked like peppers!,,Rang the shop to let them know they had made an error and was shocked by the service, basically they argued I got what I ordered and tough luck!, will NEVER EVER eat from this place again should I be starving!!!Terrible customer service . Pizza was binned.......I would have given no stars but had to give one in order to post a review
I've always ordered from the Hackney branch, and the service over the phone and in person was great. Delivery in 20-30 minutes, friendly at the branch, polite on the phone, free delivery as promised, and took my money after delivery. Unfortunately, the Stoke Newington branch was the complete opposite... Out of sheer curiosity, I decided to try the other branch the website suggested-Stoke Newington...Big mistake. Below is a copy of the email I just sent their head office: "I just placed an order and the delivery man says I am too far away. The website says I am within 1-2 miles, but he says I am three miles away. Your website says the order can be cancelled within 30 minutes (he called within five minutes of me ordering), but he says he can't refund it. He said only the Head Office can refund it. He said he can deliver if he's paid £3, but the email says delivery is free. Please give me a full refund. He kept talking about having too many orders, so I believe that is the real reason. As a happy customer for many years, I am very disappointed in being pushed to pay for something I was told was free. Even worse, the money left my account immediately. That's never happened before. Knowing they had too many orders, and knowing they saw my address beforehand, I feel as though I've been scammed to get extra money from deliveries. The man called from (phone no.) at 15:21. He sounded like he was outside. I called him back for a refund (I was advised to by the Hackney branch, who the man told me to transfer the order to). That's when he said he'd deliver for a £3 charge, and started sounding aggressive, cutting me off when I spoke. The man was from the Stoke Newington branch." I have emailed the head office and will update this page if I don't get a full refund ASAP.
Been away for a little so thought it was well overdue i did a review of what products have been floating in and out of my life for the past month or so , and one of them is Pizza GoGo. During the olympics (well done boys and girls you done us all proud) i was getting involved and couldnt be bothered to cook one evening so out came the menus, i get so many a week thru my door it bloody annoying (they talk about saving rainforests hmmm ?). I came across Pizza GoGo ,,,,, The Menu: the menu is typical of what you would expect from a pizza takeaway place. a list of the menu inside the leaflet , the deals on the back i.e two for one , party deal (at the time) blah blah) The Service: Well its hard this without upsetting certain members of the public. taking my order was a very complicated both for me and the gentleman on the other end of the phone, We couldnt understand each other, which was fair enough but on a mobile phone can cost quite a bit if your not getting to the nitty gritty of the reason you phoned !. I asked to speak to someone else as we are not getting anywhere and he past me to a colleuge tho took my order (lol) Delievery: True to their word my store was bang on 40 mins and arrived hot and he didnt BANG BANG BANG my door down (i hate that lol) Foooooooooooooooooooood: Well i got what pizza GoGo call a "single deal" for 12.99 you get any pizza from the menu, yep any from the boring old cheese one to the GoGo special . any regular side, i choose the jalapino cream cheese mmmmmmmmm, and a can of drink i.e coke blah blah. i ordered the aligator pizza which consisted of a meat feast basically EVERYTHING on it and tasted delish PROPER delish my cream cheese was so yum, i would defo go back to this store ! all in all as a treat i would do this again (i love cooking to much) but if you fancy a naughty night i would recommend Pizza GoGo
I wanted to celebrate because i'd got a new job, I knew I would be home alone so I thought i would get a takeaway as it was a special event, for me. I thought about what I wanted and I decided on pizza because I remembered a 'GOGO CLASSIC wood fired pizza' leaftet I had got through the door. It looked like a really nice menu, everything described beautifully. I imagined it to be something similar to Zizi's pizza resturant. I carefully chose the pizza I was going to have. When the pizza arrived it was in a 'Pizza GOGO' box. This is a place I choose NOT to get my pizza from. My local Pizza GOGO is on London Road, St Albans. The pizzas from there are always horribley greasy, cheap, stodgy pizzas that I even refuse to eat after a few drinks. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they had new management. I paid for the pizzas. I then opened the box, it certainly did not look like "Handmade Italian pizza, baked in a traditional brick oven" I took one bite, just to see. I was furious, it was the same CHEAP pizza I knew from up the road. The only good thing I can say about Pizza GOGO, London Road; is that they gave my money back. This false advertisment is disgusting. It ruined my day.
Shocking service from these last night. Ordered pizza and supplied correct address. told him to phone me upon arrival as some people struggle to find my address. Waited 2 hours!!! for my pizza. When the guy finally arrived was met with excuses saying he couldn't find the address. Wouldn't discount the pizzas even though I had to wait 2 hours and the pizzas were cold!!! Unbelievable. Will never ever use again
Ordered online (Brentwood) twice now, and both times they took well over an hour to deliver. They said that this is normal for online deliveries, as there is a large delay between the order being placed and them getting it to process it!We used to use them all the time (at least once a month), now we are going to take our business elsewhere (Dominos have been really good recently)Will try them again in 6 months and see if the service has improved.
Very poor service! Delievery has taken over 2 hours each time I call I'm told it will be a few minutes. I will not be using this company again!
I've ordered from Pizza GoGo quite a few times and every pizza has been great, except the last one. Normally the pizzas are a bit burnt but it doesn't usually affect the taste. Last time I ordered two buy one get one free pizzas which arrived more burnt than is reasonable. So I called the outlet, argued (their point was that it was normal due to the time of day, perhaps that is true) and asked that they make new ones. I live on the top floor of a tower block but never saw the deliveryman leave. When he came back the pizzas were the same and were lukewarm by now, but my girlfriend and I were hungry so we put up with it. But basically they didn't go back to make new pizzas, but simply waited/drove around a bit and came back. And the pizzas weren't nice at all.
The headline is referring to my self when I order a portion of spicy chicken wings from Pizza Go Go!!! Their spicy chicken wings used to be absolutley amazing and was one of the main reasons I used to enjoy ordering from there. They have to be my favourite chicken wings side order out of all the fast food places available! They also have good meal deals which can cost between £10 - 12 and you normally get a Pizza, Garlic Bread, Chicken Wings and a drink which is pretty good value! Delivery times are also good, normally arriving between 30 - 60 minutes. I would consider the pizza to be pretty bog standard and nothing special. The base can be made a lot nicer with a stuffed crust but the toppings are just your general run of the mill standard pizza toppings. The Pizza Go Go dips are always nice to have with your meal for dipping the pizza crust in and I would strongly recomend the chilli dip if you like something with a bit of a kick :). Garlic Bread is also pretty good and compliments the dips nicely :). Overall I'd consider it just above average as their spicy chicken wings really do appeal to me and the prices / deals on offer are quite fairly priced.
