This pizza is absolutely delicious. It cooked well, using the given instructions, even in a fan-assisted oven. There was jus the right proportions of tomato sauce to cheese, and there was a good amount of pepperoni spread evenly over the pizza. The base was thin and crispy (as it should be) without being too hard, and there was very little grease on the pizza, which made a nice change to others I have tried. The flavour was full and the pepperoni was not too spicy, even for a mouse like myself! There was more than enough to feed 2 of us, but you could easily share this among a family of 4 if you had chips or garlic bread with it. We're just a little on the greedy side ;) As we're on a budget, this cost a little more than we would usually spend on a pizza, but it was definitely worth the money and a million times better than a takeaway pizza of twice the price. When it's between good quality fresh food, and a low price tag, I would go for the freshness every time!
We have purchased Asda stonebake Peperoni pizza on many occasions as its one of my partners favourite items. we always find that these pizzas are of great quality and always taste good. they are a fraction of the cost of ordering a pizza from a restaurant and taste just as good. they are also a lot quicker as they opnly take around 12 minutes. if you choose a make your own pizza then you also get the choice of oil on the pizza aswell which is a nice option to have. i think the stonebake base always tastes more like a take away pizza. more so than the other options. the tomato base, cheese and perperoni portions are always generous and a large pizza does all 3 of us with some always left over. i woudln't recomend one of these every night but definetly as a treat and an alternative to ordering out as were all cutting back on some of our luxuries at the moment.
