As a new homeowner I felt it was my responsibility to own a drill, especially as we bought a house that needed a little bit of work doing to it.
The look of the drill is excellent, it looks big and powerful which is what you want when drilling holes in your living room wall. It is a nice shade of green with silver and black patches on it. The only parts I don't like is the orange which I think looks a little garish.
The feel of the drill is excellent if a little scary. My girlfriend said I looked a little manic when I first used it, the grin on my face probably being what did it. It does fit nicely in two hands, this is definitely not a machine to hold in one hand. The two handles feel fine to hold, they grip great which is needed when using the drill on full power.
The drill is good, it is 1000 Watt power, it is compact enough that my girlfriend doesn't mind using it but it powerful enough that it gets the job done. It allows for different sized masonry holes which is useful for putting up different things in the house.
You can get the drill for about £100 online which I think might be a little steep. The drill is alright but for the price I think you can get bigger and better quality drills out there.
