Clary Sage: This is another of my favourite ones, when I first smelt it I didn’t particularly like it that much but the scent grew on me after a while. I use it for PMT, menstrual cramps and all the stresses and strains that you get from everyday life. This is another one that shouldn’t be used during pregnancy but I would recommend it for people that aren’t! The smell is hard to explain, you’ll just have to go to your local store where they sell oils and smell it for yourself. Don’t be surprised if you don’t like it at first because neither did I, but like all humans – our opinions change! It’s a great one to get rid of bad moods!
