I made an order on 20th February, it is now 17th March and I still haven't received it. I emailed them a week after the order being made to query where my order is and they sent a generic response back advising that they were having technical difficulties and that my order would be with me shortly. I have now emailed them a further 3 times and have not received any type of response. I have even tweeted their official twitter account and have not received any response. Looks like I'll have no choice but to contact my credit card company and request the money back. Absolutely shocking customer service, I would recommend that everybody STAY AWAY from this website!!
I discovered this website afer seeing it advertised in a magazine. I ordered 4 items on 7th February 2014 and paid by PayPal. After a few days I received 2 if the items from my order. The delivery note didn't say thrre was anything else to follow but I gave it a couole of days just in case the remaining 2 items turned up. However this didn't happen. I emailed the fashion union customer services but didn't receive a reply and I also called the customer services number about 8 times at different times of the day and on different days but every time 1 minute passed waiting listening to the automated message I got cut off. Luckily because I had paid for my order by paypal I was able to put in a claim for missing goods and paypal refunded me for the items I didn't receive. I was really shocked by the bad service at fashion union and would advise people to avoid this website. It looks professional but definitely is not! I'm just glad that paypal were able to get me my money back. I never received any apology or explanation from fashion union but they still send me marketing emails which I shall unsubscribe from now!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. worst mistake i have made ! I made an order and they took my money through paypal and they did not send me out my order. I sent them 3 emails asking where my order was and tried calling them to which i have no response. absolutely never ordering from them again. All positive reviews are most likely from staff so please do not be fooled like i was ! spend your money ordering from a legit site and not this site which simply takes your money and does not give you your clothes in return ! i have had to contact paypal and trading standards and don't even know if i will get a refund yet. It is completely not worth it. Avoid this site at all costs ! awful service.
I returned 2 items in late november and have never received a refund. I tried to contact Fashion Union several times and never got a reply, eventually, in mid January, they told me: "Unfortunately we are experiencing a few technical issues due to a warehouse move but we are working our way through any outstanding refunds."A month later and still no refund, I have again tried numerous times to contact them and had no response. After reading online it seems many people have a similar experience. I would recommend everyone to avoid Fashion Union!!
I ordered a coat at the beginning of December from the internet, the service was prompt, the payment out from my account was prompt and the parcel turned up just days later. The problem began when I wanted to return the parcel, the aftersales service is really bad. It does not fill me with confidence to order from them again.
I returned the parcel; a coat, as it was more of a summercoat thickness with a fur hood (no good to keep you warm) and not what I had hoped for. I returned the parcel on the 4th of December in good faith that I would be refunded for said item. Not only did it cost me £5.60 to return it, I am still waiting for a refund. I have sent two emails - no reply and posted two letters with a copy of proof of postage etc (another£1.00) - guess what?.....no reply. I just want a refund for a coat I returned 62 days ago.
Give me confidence Fashion Union. Order No: 190809
Lets hear from you.
This is the worst fashion store i have ever shopped with. This is the very first time i have ordered from fashion union and it is most certainly my last. It took 4 weeks for me to receive my order when they had taken the money out of my bank within a few days of my order being placed. I emailed them and kept getting told it had been shipped when it blatantly hadnt. When it did eventually arrive half of the order THAT I HAD PAID FOR was missing and I still to this day have not received it and not haqd a refund. I emailed them several times and i received this email back:
Thank you for your email.
We are so sorry that you have had issues with your recent order. We have had a few technical difficulties recently that have affected orders and our customer service levels. We have fully resolved the problems and are now focusing on solving our customer issues.
We are going to look into your issue for you, and get back to you with a full solution within 48 hours.
We usually pride ourselves on our customer service and we are working really hard on regaining our high standard, but unfortunately this has been compounded by customers who have emailed more than once and/or who have posted issues to our social media sites.
Please bear with us, we have received your email and whilst we appreciate your frustration, we can assure you that your problem will be resolved as soon as possible. To help us with this, please can you refrain from sending more than one email to us or posting customer care issues on our social sites.
Fashion Union xx
The cheek asking me to not to email more than once and not to bad mouth them on social networking sites when my query is still ongoing.
This company is a joke with a capital J. Although they might be cheap you pay the price in the long run I would avoid at all costs!!!
I was recommended Fashion Union by a friend so I thought I'd give it a try. Absolutely loved the site and quickly bought two things.
Delivery was fast but when I received them, they were both faulty and had either holes or major threads loose so I emailed them and they were very quick at replying and said it was fine.
Returned them in January and heard nothing back after more than 10 days so I emailed them... No reply. So I called them and they said they had already received my package and would email me about it... No email. So I emailed them again chasing them up about it... No reply.
Finally, I decided to use twitter as a way of communication and FINALLY got a reply, they were very lovely about it and sent me an email saying my money would be back in my account in two days... That was last week.
I have waited more than two months for my refund and I still haven't received it, despite numerous amounts of chasing ups.
Frankly, I'm pissed off and I've been bombarding them with tweets and emails with sparse amount of replies.
Really not on at all.
Definite not shopping there again.
Unfortunately I can't say i'm impressed with this online fashion merchant..there website offer lots of clothes at competitive prices but they need to sort out their sizing and refund proceedures.
I ordered a sweatshirt, i'm a size 14 but order a size 'Large' (it was the only size available) - the online generic size guide informs me a size Large is 16-18 so it felt this would be a bit big; however i like my sweatshirts baggy so great.
I received my order relatively quickly, no qualms on the P&P if it gets delivered within a couple of days, but i'm afraid thats where the compliments end. The sweatshirt must have been at size 10 at most, i checked the label and it said Large. I'm not sure if these garments are made outside of the UK and Fashion Union didn't check them against UK sizing but to be that far out on sizing is very bad.
Anyway, i returned it (at my own additional postage expense) and retained the postal receipt. I have to say, to have a returns form/ label that just looks like a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy cut off at an angle with blunt scissors doesn't instil me with confidence, but i filled it in as best as i could and sent it back...3 weeks later and still nothing, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of goods.
Referring to the online 'help' 'FAQs', it mentioned that if i hadn't had an email within 10 days to contact customer service, which i did.
Low and behold, they had received my item and they were waiting for authorisation to refund, funds should be in my account within a couple of days. They couldn't explain why i hadn't received an email confirmation.
Now i can't say this for sure but something doesn't seem right, strange how they've held onto my refund monies until I to chased it. It's a bit too much of a coincidence that they would be refunding in the next couple of days.
Either way, the strange sizing and after sales service has stopped me purchasing with them in the future.
I happened on this site via moneysavingexpert which had a post on a pre-Christmas sale it was doing. There was a promotion on a select range of dresses for only £5 each. I didn't especially like any so I didnt buy but they were ok and with that sort of price I looked around a little more.
The website mainly seems to have lots of things, for men and women which aren't designer but aren't high street sort of brands either. Sometimes I am not sure about these sort of shops because I think it might be really poor cheap quality so at first I decided nothing could persuade me to part with my cash. The £3.95 delivery charge also put me off a little bit.
When I saw another promotion though, mens heavy knit jumpers for £5 each I decided to give it a go and try out fashion union. I ordered 2 jumpers for the boyfriend, and one for my brother. I also threw in a pair of on sale shorts for my boyfriend to make the postage seem more worthwhile.
On one of the items I managed to use a discount code too so I saves about 50p or something. Not a lot but if you're going to buy something, make sure you look for discount codes first because they do have them!
About a week later (during the snow too so the delivery shouldn't take too long normally), I got a black packaging bag from fashion union. I as excited to see my bargain Christmas presents which I'd bought but when I opened the bag there were only 2 items in it, both of the jumpers for my boyfriend. I was really surprised as obviously I had ordered 4 things. The only thing to tell me where they were was a note on my delivery note which showed I have been charged less and it said simply something like 'the below items are no longer available' and then the other 2 things. Ths for me was really disapointing as I wanted to give the presents and I had had no other warning. I think a nice email warning me they had over-committed themselves would have been nice but they didn't do this sort of thing. I am going to get in touch with them about this and I'll report back on the customer service if I get any.
Overall they have a good selection of fashionable clothes for men and omen at fairly good prices. The quality of the jumpers I did receive was good and I was happy with them. They look really nice and the sizing was spot on. They didn't at all look like £5 jumpers but at the same time, I don't think they looked like £35 (their non-promotion price) jumper either (with this price tag I expect a brand I am familiar with). I would shop from them again however with hesitation as I am not too happy about not being warned that I wasn't getting my entire order.
Over the years I have started to move away from the expensive designer brands, as I would rather have a wardrobe full of clothes that I can mix and match rather than one or two expensive pieces.
I was sent in the post one day a catalogue from Fashion Union, I was pleasantly surprised at the choice of men's and women's clothes that they had available and they were at affordable prices.
I then noticed on the catalogue that they had a website (www.fashionunion.co.uk), this had a larger quantity of items displayed than in the sample catalogue that I was sent.
Fashion Union stock a range o the latest fashions and trends in footwear, jackets, dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, swimwear and accessories that all come in the seasons favourite colours. In the men's sections they also stock tops, footwear and trousers. Some of the items that they stock come in a range of different colours, so you can pick the colour that best suits your needs.
Each item that they stock has the availability of it sizes that you are aware of the stock availability, so you know if you can wait a few weeks or need to order it immediately.
I placed an order and as it was my first order I was given a discount on the items I had purchased and was then also given free delivery. The items arrived a few days later and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the items. I thought that for the price that I paid for the items that they would be a poor quality and would not last more than five minutes.
The Fashion Union website is easy to use there is their full price merchandise and there is their sales area, each of the areas are clearly labeled so that you can easily find what you are looking for. There is standard delivery at £3.95 or you can pay a little bit more for next day delivery for those urgent occasions.
I now as a user get sent regular emails with all of the special offers and sales details, so that I never miss out on a bargain. Even if there is not a sale on you get offers and saving codes sent regularly.
If you like an item and you are not prepared to pay the catalogue value you just need to wait for a code to be sent so you get the item at a reduced cost. If you do not like the item the items are easy to return with the returns note sent with the goods.
I have since used this website many times and am very happy with the goods and the service that they supply. The only disadvantage is that you regularly need to check the website as they are always updating and adding new stock to their online catalogue.
There are very few websites which I'll buy clothes from online. Most of these are the high street stores' websites, when they have a sale on, or a free postage event, as I know their sizes and quality.
Fashion Union (www.fashionunion.co.uk) is an exception to the rule. It's an online only store selling mens and womens clothes and accessories. I first went there when they had a huge sale on - I purchased a few cardigans at very cheap prices - £5 down from £20 each. Me being as frugal as I am I searched the net and managed to locate a free delivery code - the only fly in the ointment being that it was second class. So my items arrived 8 days later which is longer than any other site I've used. That aside, the cardigans were well made, fitted well and an absolute bargain.
I've used the site several times since, to get some tee shirts for my husband, a few dresses and jumpers for myself, and a pair of shoes. All have arrived in around 7-8 days and without exception I have been able to source a money off or a free delivery code. I can't fault them for bargains, I've had some really nice pieces at knock down prices and all the clothes have been well made, washed well and lasted.
I tend to use the sale area purely for the fact that you can guarantee that if there's something you like on the main area of the site, it will be reduced soon enough. So if there's a top you like at £30, but you aren't desperate for it, hang on, because I've done that and saved 50% at times.
The site itself is very easy to use, fairly simplistic (in a good way), the pictures of the clothes are clear and the descriptions are accurate, the only thing it lacks which more expensive shops have is a catwalk model video or a 360 degree view of shoes, but these are things I can easily forego for such low prices! The payment section is secure and I have never had any problems with payment. I have never needed to use the returns process but they do send a returns form with each delivery so I have no reason to think it is anything other than straightforward.
I would recommend this site; there is an option for expedited delivery, I'm personally a bit too tight to pay it when there's free delivery codes floating around :) but it is useful if you have an event coming up and you've left it a bit too late to leave it to the 2nd class post.
With a selection of day dresses, evening dresses, trousers, skirts, accessories, shoes and tops for the ladies, and jeans, shirts, tee shirts and other bits and bobs for the men, it's a cheap, quick and easy way to update your wardrobe with some nice pieces which will last you. Perfect for updating your winter wardrobe or buying some holiday essentials.
Give it a go! :)
I have only recently come across this online store, selling men's and ladies clothing items, and a few accessories. Wow! Some fantastically priced sale items, and new customers receive a 15% discount plus free delivery and free returns! The offer was so good, and the sale items appeared such good value I felt trying them out just too irresistable.
Navigation of site
Bit tricky at first finding the sale stuff, but got the hint of clicking on sale pic and them the top bar according to item. Easy to view different colours available and also a guide of how high/low the stock was which is useful.
The size range generally for ladies is 8-18, and for men Small - X Large. Trousers for men start at waist 32".
Easy adjustment and preview of items.
You have to register with this site to get the goods, but you have options to receive future mailings of offers et cetera or not.
This site uses more than one source of carrier I believe. My package came within just a few days in a grey 'plastic' delivery bag via Royal Mail, and the items were individually packed in plastic bags.
T shirts had screen printed designs and the cotton was smooth and finely woven. Printing quality was good - yet to have a wash
Polo shirts varied, and I ordered a few of these. A couple of them had slightly crumpled plackets, and the stripes did not match up very well on the sleeves. Others were very well made. Overall the quality of the fabric was good. Tall chaps might find the length of some polo shirts a little too short. As with t shirts, these are yet to be tested through the wash.
If I had paid £15 for some of the shirts I would probably be returning them, but since they were only £3 only one is going back - manufacture could be better.
Fine cotton jersey, true to size and great for the summer/warmer months. Well made
There is a choice of refund or exchange, with a prepaid label included with the order (at least for new customers), so this is quite easy to deal with. You reuse the bag the items came in which is quite high density and take to the post office. Exchange may be difficult if wrong size sent and item is sale priced - there may not be any left!
About my purchase experience generally
I feel this store is particularly relevant to the 18-30 age group. Having just received my order, I am generally pleased with the quality against my expectations - £3 for a trendy cotton polo shirt and T-shirts the same. Admittedly there are a couple of problems to sort out, which is a little off putting - wrong size sent, no item sent, is disappointing and I would prefer not to spend time trailing to the Post Office to send stuff back, wait for refund/replacement. However, having only received one order it is very difficult to judge how accurate orders usually are, and I am assuming a blip. Also, mostly I would say the sizing is true, except ladies t-shirt measured a 6, or lean 8 if you were happy with skin tight, and I ordered a 10. I wish I had caught this store at the beginning of the sale, having gone back for another look since receiving my first order. Stuff has clearly been flying off the shelves. If you have teenagers or young adults in the house check out this site before the amazing prices are gone. Actually, if you work in a trade where clothes are quickly spoiled through hard graft - paint, cement, oil etc - then you can kit yourself out very cheaply. I shall be checking Fashion Union from time to time for more bargains! I am presently waiting receipt of another order (hoodies, more cheap t-shirts, and chunky cardigans).
Will try and update this review after second order, and laundering of items.
Go take a look!
13th Feb - 2nd order received
Received 100% of goods ordered and in correct sizes. Generally sizing was true, except I would reiterate comments on tall chaps made earlier possibly finding length a little short. Also colours may not be quite as true as you'd like. Remain happy with overall quality.

This online fashion site appears to no longer include men's fashion items, but are still keenly priced for women's clothing, particularly during sale periods.
I first discovered Fashion Union clothing through the Amazon.co.uk website. The company sell some of their range of women and men's clothes and fashion accessories via Amazon marketplace. Even if you place your first order through the Amazon site FashionUnion will give you a customer number that you can then use to order direct with them. After initially becoming a customer through Amazon I discovered, thanks to their postal mailouts, that the company had their own website: www.fashionunion.co.uk and started ordering directly with them. I would say that the company feature clothes for teenagers and older women/men but tend to have a youth focused outlook on fashion.
After placing my first order via Amazon marketplace I was sent a mini brochure which featured some of their women's clothes. The small booklet only featured a handful of the range though although it showed models wearing the clothes, something that is missing from their website. Online the clothes are pictured flat and laid out so it is sometimes difficult to imagine what each item would look like on your body shape. I reccommend both signing up to their email newsletter, where you can view (in HTML) pictures of clothed models. I also recommend requesting a catalogue from the link on their website in order to view the clothes as they look best.
Fashion Union have a wide range of clothing and fashion extras. These include casual t-shirts, work shirts, eveningwear, dresses, belts, bags, jeans and trousers, knitwear and swimwear. Prices can vary from very cheap to average although most items are not above £30. The company frequently have sales where the prices are slashed dramatically and where prices can be as little as £2 for a t-shirt. The sale prices are also updated on the Amazon marketplace site a few days after appearing on fashionunion.co.uk. In my experience the sale items tend to sell out ultra fast though, so if you really want something don't hang around!
The website makes ordering very easy. The clothes are ordered into categories which appear along a menu on the top of the main page. After narrowing down your choices you must then click on the item you like and you will be taken to a seperate page. The company have a easy to read chart detailing which sizes are currently available or not, which are low stock and which are expected soon. This is marked out by a table of ticks and crosses. To place an order you should click the tick in the box which has your clothing size.
When you click through to order an item it adds it to your virtual basket. You can add as many items as you like until you are ready to pay at which point you should click the 'proceed to checkout' button. If it is your first order you will be asked to register with the site - providing address and payment details. Once you place your first order you recieve a customer number and can login using your email address and a chosen password.
The brand charge £3.95 per order under £100 in the UK and £5.95 for next day delivery. You must also pay for any returns. This can sometimes add a lot to the charge so I find it best to buy a few items together to save on postage costs.
All of my orders have been sent via normal post and come through the letterbox with other letters. There is nothing to sign or accept from special delivery vans. Small orders and clothing is packaged in sturdy plastic outer wrapping. Each individual item has it's own sealed pack inside this. An order note detailing each item and it's cost is included in the package. The same note doubles as a returns letter should you need to send anything back. Deliveries usually occur within a week of ordering.
I have ordered several items from fashionunion.co.uk and have overall been quite impressed with the quality of the clothing and the service recieved. I have had a couple of concerns - the clothing sizes can be a little unpredictable on certain items. I have realised that in order to make certain an item doesn't sell out I have to order two of the same size and return the ill-fitting one! Overall I have had positive experiences with the company. The customer services staff are easy to contact and provide a lot of help if needed. I think some of their clothes are unique and beautiful and I have recieved compliments and enquiries from female friends while wearing Fashion Union clothes.
Fashion Union provide clothing which is cheap but good quality and which follow the latest trends. I have found some unique items from their range - dresses that rival uber-trendy stores like Joe Browns, for instance - as well as a range of basics, vests and t-shirts. I would reccommend this site to anyone who loves a bargain as even non-sale prices are very reasonable. They have a wide choice for all ages, styles and occaisons. I'm a loyal customer!
I have a problem the majority of the time finding clothes I like on the high street whether that is because I am far too picky or just the fact that everyone who buys on the high street is wearing the same thing.. There is nothing worse than going out and seeing more than one person in the same clothes as you, that has been a killer with Primark's opening up all over the country..
So one day a catalogue for this site came through and I liked what I saw and grabbing my laptop I logged on to see what other fashion goodies I could get my hands on..
The site url is http://www.fashionunion.co.uk
~*~ Who does Fashion Union cater for? ~*~
Men and women, it is a fairly young site with some of the younger styles that perhaps older ladies or men wouldn't imagine themselves wearing, but there is also a great range of items such as accessories which are good for any age from early teen to any age you feel like really.. I am not going to discriminate against older people because there are a lot of items that are for any age range so if you fancy it, why not go for it!
~*~ How is the site laid out? ~*~
When you first log onto the site, it automatically brings you onto the women's section of the site, which leads me to think very few men use it.. However on the left hand side of the page there is a section to click on which will take you to the men's section - which looks similar to the women's only with male models instead of female ones! On each section there are recommendations for clothes that you might like, admittedly not all the time are the clothes all that nice but still it's meant to be the best sellers they show..
There is a section to request catalogue, and one when you can join them and become a fan on Facebook.. Everything is getting on Facebook!!!
Not forgetting the clearance sections split in men and women across the bottom of the home page..
The clothes come in ten separate categories.. Those are..
Tees/Vest, Tops, Knits, Jeans/Trousers, Sweats, Shorts, Dresses, Jackets, Shoes/Accessories, Swimwear..
You might notice there is no mention of skirts, don't worry they are in the dresses section they are tucked in amongst those at the moment!
The categories do change for the men's section..
T-shirts/Tops, Polos, Shirts, Sweats & Hoodies, Jeans & Trousers, Jackets, Shorts & Swim..
So the categories for men really are slim compared to the women's but that is the same wherever you go..
~*~ The Clothes ~*~
As I said the clothes are mainly young fashions, with skinny jeans and leggings for under short skirts, which there are plenty of on this site.. The majority of the women's clothes are quite boho in fashion styles at the moment so all the tops are floaty and the dresses are long and flowery, but come autumn that will change and be replaced with warmer looking clothes, and the knits section is expanded, and when winter arrives they have some really nice coats. One of which I bought in the clearance sale, from £30, to £9.. Which is a big of a bargain..
The men's clothes are not to dissimilar from anything you would find in Burtons or Officers Club, the jeans are just as baggy and the t-shirts are still printed with various patterns as you would find on the high street.. The prices of them are not that different to the prices in the shops either, it is just the benefit of not having to leave the house to buy them. They do have a lot of t-shirts on sale a lot of the time, dropping them from £15 to £3 which is a complete bargain!
~*~ Prices ~*~
For women the clothes vary in price especially if you are buying out of the clearance section, normally in the tops, they start at £4 for some brightly coloured vest tops, and around £15 - £30 for the jeans, which is similar prices to the high street and you don't have to worry about getting dressed to buy them! Shoes vary dramatically depending on what kind you are buying on average they are around £15 - £20 which like I say is similar to high street stores..
The men's prices are the same really, they vary but the jeans and t-shirts and the same as most high street stores, they do feel to be a little better quality but that is no way making the items more expensive in the first place.. Jeans for £30 or less and t-shirts that are £15, but reduced to £3 are quite frequent!
~*~ Delivery ~*~
There are a few choices when it comes to delivery, they offer first or second class delivery in the UK..
First class is £4.95 if you spend less than £100, but free if you spend over £100..
Second class is £3.95..
Next day delivery is available at £5.95 providing your order is placed by 12pm Monday - Thursday..
They also offer European delivery for £5.95..
Worldwide delivery is £.9.95 which is a lot less than some American sites charge to post items here!
I placed my order on second class for the cheapest delivery, which took exactly a week to get here.. I ordered the item, late last Tuesday and it arrived with my postman first thing this morning!
~*~ Overall ~*~
This site is great for women who want something a little bit different to what is on offer on the high street, with the sizes that you will find on hangers in any shop, unlike some online stores that take the normal sizes and change them for other numbers, because that is mighty confusing! When their clearance things are available there are a lot of bargains to be had, but be quick else you really will miss out, things that are nice will go pretty quickly..
The male sections are very similar to the high street but again offer some deals in the clearance section which are well worth a look, the postage is the same for both sections and the quality of the clothes are actually really good, for a mail order site, they appear to last a decent amount of time..
The postage in second class for me is enough, I don't think waiting a week is bad for something that I don't need in a hurry, £5.95 is not bad for next day delivery either given some sites would charge in excess of £10 for the same luxury..
Customer service is brilliant, I e-mailed them and asked about my jacket when it would be delivered and various other questions, and I received an e-mail back in the same day, the staff are pleasant and the item arrived this morning so I can't complain..
All this just because a catalogue came through my letter box.. If only all mail order companies were this good!
I've been really trying to cut back on the amount of money I spend on 'unnecessary' items recently, and the amount I was spending on clothes was just ridiculous. So, I've done a lot of searching and found some great places to get some nice clothes at affordable prices, and this is the one I've been using the most recently.
The site is really well-organised and easy to use. Everything is where you would expect it to be, and all the information you need is there.
They sell women's and men's clothes, but the emphasis, as usual, is on the women's section. They sell a nice range of tops, vests, dresses, trousers, jeans, shorts, accessories and shoes, and even a small selection of swimwear.
A lot of what they sell are quite basic, plain items at fantastic prices, like vest tops from as little as £4. But as well as the plainer items they have some great pieces that have a little something added to make them a bit different, and some quite quirky styles. Even the most extravagant pieces are very reasonably priced which makes it really easy to update your wardrobe without spending too much.
They also often have items on sale, where you can get some real bargains, like shorts reduced from £25 to £10. Sale items do tend to sell fast though, so you have to be quick to take advantage of them!
As an example of just how well-priced their clothes can be, my last order came to £36, and for that I got 4 tops, a pair of shorts and a jacket. The shorts and jacket were sale items, but the tops were all full-price, and I got all that for the same amount I'd normally spend on one top!
The other great thing is that the quality is amazing for the price. All the items I've had so far have been really good quality and they all wash well with no colour fade, shrinkage, or loss of shape. The prices are similar to (but often better than) New Look, but the quality is so much higher.
The only thing that does annoy me about the site is that things are displayed as being in stock but then they often don't send them with the order claiming that they're out of stock. The main reason this annoys me is because they have a system that tells you for your size and colour whether the item is 'In stock', 'Low stock', 'Expected stock', or 'Out of stock'. I've only ever ordered items that are displayed as In stock, and I just think that if they can sell out of them between me looking at the stock level and placing my order, then they should surely be displayed as 'Low stock'? If the stock levels displayed aren't true, then where's the point in having that system in the first place?
Anyway..................... my items have always arrived quickly, usually within 3 working days, but sometimes a bit longer, and they're always well packaged. I've never had to contact customer services as the service they provide has always been satisfactory.
I'm really glad I found this site and I will be using it a lot in the future!
