I ordered a product on the Friday night at 7pm and had it installed by 2 oclock on Saturday , now that's service! Also with the product I got a game code which through my own mistake I missed the email and with the help of a polite and efficient customer service desk lady Chloe, I managed to get the game installed.
Customer service is only really tested when there is a problem. I needed to return a faulty printer and the process was completely easy and stress-free thanks to great customer support from Becky. This experience has really increased my confidence in ebuyer purchases for the future.
Needed to change delivery date Cassandra was extremely helpful and the date was changed with the minimum of fuss

Cassandra bainbridge was the girl who helped with my query that I was worried about after not realising I had ordered an extra case that I didn't need. After sorting it all out I was made aware that it would probably delay my delivery by a day, but after it arriving today I had a follow up email making sure everything was ok with the order which I really appreciated the after thought to make sure all the goods were ok.
