Ordering was simple and products are great.
Deliveries are by Yodel which are the least likely to actually deliver your package, so was on the phone to customer services and they where brilliant.
Cassandra at Ebuyer customer services was a total star, worked hard to identify the issues and put the matter right. can not thank them enough for resolving what had been a very stressful occasion with Yodel
Ebuyer were very efficient, and the product is excellent.
As the parcel was lost by the delivery company, I had to contact Customer Support at Ebuyer, and got superb help from Cassandra, who was apologetic (despite it not being their fault) and extremely efficient. A replacement arrived in 24 hours!
This was my first purchase from Ebuyer and recommended by a friend as a good reliable company.
The order process went well with good communications and updates.
My problems started when the delivery did not arrive on the notified day.
After several phone calls and exchanged emails the delivery company admitted that the package was lost.
After 5 weeks from ordering I received another replacement card from Ebuyer.
My Ebuyer Customer Support agent Elizabeth was very helpful and although it took 5 weeks for a replacement.
I do understand that when dealing with third party delivery companies its going to be very difficult to speed things up.
Overall I think Ebuyer is what I was told a good reliable company, and my thanks go to Elisabeth for her help and courteous handling of this.
Would I buy from Ebuyer again? Oh yes!

Great customer services. when contact Ebuyer for an order which is supposed to be delivered a month ago, the lady is extremely helpful and helped us to locate the order in the our building. Fantastic customer service and also I only waited on the phone for less than 2 minute and my problem is solved during the fist contact.
I was very impressed with being able to add to my order. There are too many companies out there that will not allow that as the 'Computer says no' sort of attitude prevails. It's fab that ebuyer has allowed for this and made the system to do it and pay for addons really simple. Well done :) Chloe was fast, friendly, efficient and that was just by email communication. I actually thought today that ebuyer will now be my first stop for any technology rather than a random search and, far too often, using that Amazon company!!
Lois Hanney was very quick in resolving my problem (I had to cancel an order). In addition, when I ordered the right item, it arrived on the day it said it would.
I have used Ebuyer for quite some time and 90% of the time they are great - they have a wide range of hardware and I can almost always find exactly what I need at a competitive price.
Normally I can order parts up to 11PM at night and have them arrive the next day which is fantastic.
The only negatives I would say are occasionally orders can be delayed and not turn up for a couple of days even when next day delivery is ordered.
Had a problem with the delivery address so I phoned and spoke to Cassandra Bainbridge. She was extremely helpful and solved the problem in minutes. Never disappointed with ebuyers service
