      Advantages

      Disadvantages

I couldn't live without my juice pack now.

This has saved me plenty of times! My iPhone battery is always running out, it hardly lasts. This juice pack means I can go out without worrying that my phone will die and I won't be able to use my phone. I usually charge both my phone and the juice pack before I leave my house, then it's like I'm bringing a spare battery out with me, which really I am. I found that if I turn the juice pack on when my phone is on under 10% it will charge my phone up to 90% sometimes more if I'm not using it. This is great in emergencies! Think of all the horror films you've watched where the victim is about to make a phone call for help when their batter suddenly dies, well if they had this then they wouldn't have that problem! The only thing is I wish I could charge my phone without having to remove the case but that's not a big issue is it. This juice pack had also offered good protection to my phone as I have dropped it many a times and not a scratch on my phone OR on the juice pack.
I have been telling all my friends about this and they've all bought one for themselves.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Undoubtably a useful product for the price but lacking in that premium finish

This product is the predecessor to the highly successful Juice Pack made for the previous generation iPhone.

The Juice Pack is a hard plastic case which features an inbuilt 1500 mAh capacity battery to provide supplemental charge to your iPhone when desired.

The presentation of the product in the box as well as the cover art gives the impression that this is a premium product, of the same level of design as the iPhone itself.

On the first look the visual appearance of the case isn't too bad. With a single colour back and it's silver band around the perimeter of the case ostensibly tries to recreate the look of the iPhone.  While the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S is made of glass and metal, the Juice Pack is entirely plastic which may come as a surprise to some.

Inspecting the case further there is a switch at the bottom left corner on the side of the case as you're looking at it, which toggles the internal battery to discharge into the phone. Giving users the control of when to begin charging. At the base of the case there is a button alongside for LEDs which displays the charge level of the case. 4 lights obviously being fully charged and one being virtually empty. Moving further round on the opposite side to the switch is the micro USB port used to charge the battery. One point in this case is favour is that you can actually charge the case and the phone at the same time as well as sync your phone through iTunes without having to take it out of the case. Finally on the visual inspection, at the bottom of the case there are two holes facing the front which are in fact channels leading from the phones microphone and speaker. This not only allows you to use the speaker and microphone during used it in fact amplifies their functions.

Getting your phone into the cases are relatively simple affair. The top breaks away and the phone slides in aided by these smooths in our surface. A little manipulation is needed to get the dock connector on the case to engage with the phone but once in it does feel secure. The cutaway for all your buttons and ports may feel a little bulky and especially for the sleep/wake button at the top, it can be a little tricky to get access to. On mine at least I also did notice a couple of millimetres gap between the top of the phone and the case which also made it slightly difficult to access the sleep/wake button.

With these minor problems aside I'm overall very pleased with the Juice Pack Air form Mophie. According to the manufacturer the case can extend your tall time by up to 6 hours on 3G and 12 hours on 2G. As another example is also claims to add an extra 36 hours of audio playback and nine hours of video playback. So if your going away for a conference or on  an extended trip and are the sort of person to extensively use your phone then this will be a great solution to your low battery problems. There may be more premium options available but with this case retailing on Amazon for around the £30 mark it's possible to pick one up at a good price.

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

This case is a must have, seeing the excellent functionality and design. Buy it now or never.

We do tons of activities on our iPhone devices, whether it be watching a movie, listening to music, playing a game or simply attempting to type up a few notes on the miniature keyboard. The functionality of the iPhone is amazing, but there is a main flaw. What is the flaw? It's the battery.
You may be in a store, looking at your shopping list or simply playing "Angry Birds". Unfortunately, (especially with the iPhone 4S,) you will get a huge battery drain.
Here's the solution from Mophie: The Mophie Juice Pack Air.

As a short summary of the Juice Pack Air, it is a device which essentially doubles your phone's life while keeping the iPhone's ability to sync and charge. However, there are a few flaws but first, I will start with the advantages. The case charges with a 1500 mAh battery.

      The Advantages
      ---
The case itself is very aesthetically pleasing. It certainly does bring a smile to your eye. When using my white case with my white iPhone 4S, you could barely notice a colour difference between the case and the phone itself. As for the battery, it does what it says. Instead of buying a cheap case, you can go with Mophie's Juice Pack Air. While on standby mode, it has boosted me to 100% from 20% but be aware, you're probably going to get a less charge if you're using your iPhone while it is charging. Finally, the case is a two-piece case, meaning you just slide it in after lining it up in order to piece it together. Simple.

      The Negatives
      ---
There is really more or less no negative points, except for this one. You must use a micro-USB cable to connect it to a computer or USB charger. If you are using a docking system, then you have no choice but to take the case off. However, the case's design is a functionality due to its simple detachment to take it off.

      Summary
      ---
This case is a must have, seeing the excellent functionality and design. I rate this five out of five stars.

I hope you have enjoyed my review. :)

      Advantages

      Disadvantages

If you use your iphone a lot then this is definitley worth it!

This is an extremely useful and practical case as the iPhone battery life isn't great, to put it mildly. This will certainly help you make it through the day.
It contains enough charge I found to charge your iPhone from near dead to about 90% if you don't use it whilst it is charging, alternatively you can have it on permanently and use the battery in the case first before using the phones battery.
It is surprisingly light, but still weighs a certain amount which will be noticeable when carrying around in your pocket, but I think this is a small price to pay really. It fits the iphone perfectly and with the provided cable you can sync and charge it without taking the phone out of the case, which saves some hassle.
It doesn't look great, the iphone looks stunning without a case, and this will reduce it's 'looks' but personally i don't really care about that and its a very small price to pay for such a useful piece of kit!

A sturdy battery charger for iPhone 4

When I knew that I was going to be shortly be buying an iPhone 4, I knew that I would need to look at buying an external battery pack. Users of most smartphones will know that the battery life quickly drains, especially if you are using it heavily, and the iPhone 4 is no exception, despite being a brilliant phone.

Firstly I must say that what persuaded me to buy this battery is that is also claimed to be a case to protect my iPhone. Unfortunately, I did not find that it suited the iPhone as a case at it is simply to bulky, so I purchased another case for protecting purposes. I must say though that it just look quite nice and doesn't ruin the iPhones good looks. However the main reason for buying this was to recharge, and it does the job perfectly. It does not take long to charge it up and has the ability to charge your iPhone to 10 to 100 percent and probably a little bit more. It also has the ability to sync your iPhone wirelessly if you need to use the USB port to charge the battery pack. Also there are are 4 LEDs on the bottom representing how much charge is left in the pack - Very handy!

If you are looking for a well built iPhone charger than I would recommend this. However, it is not best used just to protect as it makes it very bulky.
