      Brilliant phone!

I have had this phone now for over a year and never had a single problem with it. I really needed a new phone when I bought it and stupidly didn't look at a lot of phones to see how good they were and based my decision more on the look and how new the phone was. After purchasing the phone I was a little worred as I then see a few bad reviews about the phone and mainly how tacky it was. However, I have never had any bother and it has been one of the best purchases I have made. The phone did take a while to get used to using, this was my first touch screen phone and so it may have taken me longer than most people!! I loved the clear keypad - this was one of the reasons I bought the phone - but to be honest the novelly of it soon wore off and I now never use it, but it is still a great phone without it. The graphics on the phone are brilliant and the camera is actually better than my digital camera! Although the only complaint I have with it is you have to slide the phone open to use it, but I suppose this keeps the lens clean. As a clumsy person I have dropped this phone a few times over the year but it still works perfectly and apart from a few scratches, it still looks awesome too! The batterly life on the phone is the best I've had. I use my phone LOTS and can go for 2-3 days and sometimes more with out charging it. Overall it is a great phone with everything you could ask for and it looks great!!

      Good phone.

I really needed a new phone and saw this advertised and thought it was looked really nice. I loved the fact that it was clear at the bottom and that its different to every other phone. I managed to find a contract with orange for a pretty good deal so I could get the phone. However, the contract lasts for 2 years which is quite a long time for me to keep the same phone for. I like the way LG's work and have had a few before so I find it pretty easy to work. The camera is exceptionally good, as it is 8 megapixels, whereas some phones may only have 2 to 3 megapixels. I also recieved a nice leather pouch to keep my phone in to protect it from scratches. The only problems I've had with the phone is that it has sometimes switched itself off. Also my alarms do not seem to work very often, sometimes going off hours after the time they are set for. I had to buy an alarm clock because I could not rely on my phone. Apart from this, it is a good phone, with lots of music space and games. It is also very loud! (which is good because I don't always hear my phones ringing). If I could change one thing about it, I would have more message space, as my inbox gets full very easily which is quite annoying.

Do not waste your money on this phone.

I received this phone for my wedding anniversary in September. I had really wanted it for a long time and was over the moon when I received it. However I was not ove the moon for long. I have had no end of problems with it crashing, turning itself off, cutting out, being unable to turn it on and the list goes on and on. The largest let down of the whole thing is the camera and video recorder, which was the main reason I wanted it. However its terrible, really blurry and unclear. The music player on it was great for the first couple of times I used it, however that also has gone funny and Im now unable to hear the words of the songs as it all sounds like a muffled mess! I am so disapointed and would not recomend this phone to anyone. I am already looking for another phone to take its place! Hope this review helps others, its the first one I have ever wrote so I hope you will rate me. x Thank you x

Brag about it to your mates!

WHo would have thought this was possible?! Clear keypad? When I first saw this and heard about this, I thought there must be a catch...somewhere. But there wasn't! It really possessed a clearn, absolutely transparent keypad! How amazing. Apparently this technology has been around for a while, but nevertheless, LG made it happen, for the 1st time. The screen is 3.0 inch touchscreen, with 480x800 resolution, which means high high quality screen. It supports the S-Class OS interface, which is somewhat questionable. Well good points of this OS are, that it is fun, user friendly (to a certain degree), and exciting. Downsides are, it's still quite new and there are bugs, freezes, crashes and well slow overall. The phone itself supports 8MP camera, but don't hold your breath because it isn't as impressive as it sounds when you transfer it to your computer, to be honest, it is not really printable (unless you capture the pictures in perfect light conditions). The clear keypad is responsive though, and impressively enough, it works perfectly. The build quality did not impress me as much, looks slightly cheap, and I thought design could have done better.
