Flash Spray with Bleach has to be my favourite cleaning product. The reason why is that it is so versitile. Flash Spray comes under kitchen cleaners, in actual fact, this spray can be used on almost any surface, except for metal, rubber and vinyl. This makes it ideal to use on toilets bowls, sinks, cookers, worktops, tiles, and showers. Flash also has some unusal uses, I regularly use it to clean the ceiling in my kitchen, I just spray it on, and watch the grease disolve, I also use it to clean areas where televisons and steroes are placed. Sometimes televisions can leave a brown mark that is almost impossible to remove with ordinary cleaners. With flash the stain is gone in seconds. Because this product contains bleach you can rest assure that every surface will remain germ free, this is especially a comfort in places like the toilet, cooker, and work surfaces. I believe that Flash Spray with bleach offers excellent value for money, and it cuts down on the need to use separate cleaners, plus it can also be used in other places. Because this product contains bleach you have to be careful not to let any get in your eyes, or come into contact with your skin. Also you need to be careful around carpets, clothes, wallpaper and textiles, as the bleach may stain or discolour them. Flash is an all round value for money product, and it is quite cheap, £1.79 is only a small price to pay for it's super cleaning abilities, and ferm busting properties.

A salad may be made of almost any mixture of raw, cooked or pickled vegeatbles, fruit and nuts. It may be served as an companion to a meat dish. If the salad contains some protein such as cheese, eggs, fish or meat it can be served as a main meal and hence you will recieve valuable nutrients. Salad Rules. 1 Choose good quality vegetables, vegetables should be young, fresh and look the right colour. 2 Choose a variety of colours. 3 Wash, drain and shake off excess water. 4 During preparation, cut vegetables as little as possible, as sharp knife destroy vitamin content. 5 Serve as soon as possible. 6 Serve with a good dressing. How to make a French Dressing. Ingredients. Half a pint of olive oil. 2 Tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice. Pinch of salt. Quarter of a teaspoon of dry mustard. Ground black pepper. Pinch of sugar. How To. 1 Beat all the ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon or whisk, or place all the ingredients in a scres topped jar or bottle. Shake hard until the oil is emulsified, which gives the dressing a cloudy look. 2 Serve at once as the emulsion is only temporay. French dressing may be stored in a scre topped jar or bottle for 2-3 weeks in a refridgerator. The salad, I have choosen Coleslaw salad for its presentation, taste and texture. Ingredients. Free UK Stuff has to be one of my favourite freebie sites. I believe that this is due to the great content, and the fact that there are not too many banners advertisments. Free Uk Stuff has two sections the members only site and the general public site. Through the general public site you can look at freebies that are more than a week old. If you sign up, which only takes a couple of seconds, you get email updates every week normally on a friday, and you also get access to the newest freebies. In our house we have two dogs, and three family members smoke. I do have various air fresheners around the house and I regularly use shake and vac on the carpets, so you would think that I have combated smells. When you live in a house surrounded by smokers and dogs, you find it very difficlut to detect smells, as you are used to the smell. My daughter said she could smell a doggy smell in the living room, and she suggested that I try Febreze. I was a bit sceptical at first, I couldn't understand have a product could lift smells out of fabrics, I kept on insisting that it masked the smell. Anyway I bought a bottle from the supermarket, finger at the ready I sprayed the curatins, chairs, carpet, cushions, beds everything in sight really. The whole house smelt really fresh, I was still sceptical and I thought that once the febreze smell had gone the old smell would come back. How wrong was I. After two days I got my daughter to go round the house sniffing everything that I had sprayed. She reported that she could not detect any doggy or baccie smells. This lasts for weeks, I still use my air fresheners and shake and vac, so when you put this all together the whole house smells fresh and clean. Febreze really is a miracle product that lifts trapped dirt and odours out of fabrics. You can use Febreze on almost anything, it can be used on clothes, carpets, curtains, chairs, cushions, I suppose anything as long as it is not wood. I would highly reccommend Febreze, even if you think you house doesn't smell, because you can clean your sofa and fabrics that are not practical to wash. Febreze isn't too expensive either, at my local supermarket it is just over £2.

Every Christmas I always buy one of those massive tins of Cadburys Roses. This Christmas the tins have changed. All the strawberry and orange chocolates have been scrapped in favour of new ones. You will also find that 200g worth of chocolate is actually a large dairy milk bar, which I feel is a bit of a con. When you buy a tin of Roses, you expect to get a whole tin a roses not a bar of chocolate that is worth about a pound. I still enjoy Roses though, and I like the new wrappers and the two new additions. When you buy Roses you get twelve different types of chocolate. Here's a run down. Brazilnut, this consists of a Brazilnut encased in Cadbury's chocolate, I'm not to keen on these ones, and I would say these are my least favourite. Caramel, this is hard caramel surrounded by Cadbury's chocolate, I'm not to keen on these either, as I hate anything hard, the caramel seems to stick to your teeth for ages. Noisette Moment, this is a new addition, these are quite nice, they are kind of like a whisper bar, only the chocolate taste is richer. Nutty Truffle Log, these are shaped like a log, inside consists of finely chopped nut, surroounded by a thin layer of chocolate, these are really nice. Fudge, fudge is ok, but a find it quite a boring sort of chocolate, in fact it is too boring to be part of the Roses brigade. Cadbury's Dairy Milk, these a minature dairy milk bars, these taste the same as the ordinary dairy milk, only they are smaller. Caramel Truffle, these are nice, inside is smooth creamy caramel, that explodes as you bite. Chocolate Bite, this is another new one, and one of my favourites, you have got to taste these to describe the flavour, they are very unique. Hazel in caramel, these are similar to the big purple one, inside is nuts, caramel and chocolate, a perfect combination. Caramel Keg, I love these, they are shaped lik
e little barrels, inside is full of smooth caramel, which is surrounded by thick chocolate. Hazel Whirl, these are nice as well, these are very nutty, don;t bite into these too quick those, as you will hurt your teeth. Truffle Chunk, basically a big chuck of chocolate. All in all I believe Roses are still the best, and the two new additions are very nice. I think I would be more happy if they got rid of the 200g dairy milk bar, and if they introduced the orange flavoured ones again.

Guess Who is a game that has been around for years. I think a lot of its success is down to the fact that the game is so simple. The rules can be learnt in ten minutes, and the concept is simple. Guess Who can be played by anyone from old to young. It's the perfect way to pass away an hour or so on a rainy day. The game is designed for two players, however, you could team up as well. The game has two sets of flip up tiles, on each tile is a picture of a person. You start the game with all the tiles exposed, you toss for who wants to go first, the person who goes for picks a card from the deck reveals a person identity. The other player then has to guess who the mystery person is. You may start off by saying It the person a he or a she. The player gives an answer. You rule out sex, by flipping down who it isn't, you keep on asking questions until eventually you have one tile up, hopefully if you have played the game right you should be able to correctly indentify the person. You can adapt this game to suit yourself, you can have teams, best of say five rounds, dares etc. Guess Who is a game that everyone should have in the back of their cupboard, its utterly perfect when you are bored.

                  Disadvantages

This film is based on the book written by Jay Anson, which is supposed to be based on a true story. Do not believe that this film is based on a true, although the film states it is based on a true story, it is a load of rubbish. However, the part about the house's previous residents getting killed was true, the Lutz's story about them fleeing from the house after being attacked by ghosts eventually turned out to be a hoax. The true story was that in the early hours of the morning on November 13th, 1974. The DeFeo family's eldest teenage son Ronald took a high powered rifle and killed both his parents, along with his two younger sisters and brothers whilst they slept in his family's house, which was located on Amityville River in Long Island New York. Ronald Defoe pleaded insanity at his trial, claiming that he had heard voices in the house that had told him to do it. However, the judge was not convinced and rejected his plea, giving him six life sentences. Two years later the Lutz family moved into the house but abandoned the property after only a few weeks. They then started spreading rumours that ghostly voices and evil spirits had scared them out, although their story changed several times. After their story appeared in print in the book The Amityville Horror A True story, which was then turned into a hit motion picture, it then emerged that the Lutz's stories where untrue. So there you go, next time you watch this film remember it ain't real. If you are still interested in this film the story goes like this George and Cathleen Lutz have just moved into their dream house with their three kids. They are so thrilled by the low-price they've bought it for, they seem to be totally unconcerned with the fact that one of it's previous occupants went crazy and killed his entire family with a hunting rifle. As soon as they move in strange things start to happen. Doors and win
dows shut by themselves, and the windows always seem to be jammed. Masses of flies appear in a certain room, strange voices are heard and even the local vicar is violently ill after visiting them. Eventually they discover a room behind a walled off area of the basement, which they believe was part of the old building that once stood there, which just so happened to be an institution for the criminally insane. They then discover an old well under the floorboards, which George Lutz falls into. They eventually abandon the house after another strange happening. This movie is great if you have not seen it at least five times. The spooky music is great, and really adds to the tension. Like I said there are lots of surprises are in store for you, if you have not seen it before. And remember it's not really true.

If you have seen all the Friday The 13th films, like me after Part 6 they seemed to be wearing pretty thin. In part, 4, 5, 6 the story revolved around Tommy, which in a way spoilt the plot. When Friday The 13th Part 7 came out, I was reluctant to buy this, because I felt it would be the same old thing. However, I am glad I did get it. Part 7 offers a totally new angle. In this film, Jason meets his match. Our heroine in this film is the beautiful yet disturbed Tina. In the opening scene, we learn that Tina has psychic powers, and she used these powers to kill her abusive dad. However, she cannot live down what she did. Tina has spent most of her life in mental hospitals. Her evil doctor and mum decide that a visit to her old home may help with her recovery. In part, 6 we know that Tommy kills Jason and his body is still at the bottom of the lake. In a rage, Tina accidentally raises Jason from his watery grave, and you have guessed it, Jason goes on the rampage. A gang of kids just happens to be renting the cabin next door, so plenty of killing scenes are provided for. This is an excellent film, which is due to Tina's psychic powers; there are lots of great Jason V Tina scenes such as when she brings the power line down on him. This film has a great ending, and the body count is very high. There are some excellent makeup effects, such as when Jason walks around with exposed spinal column, ribcage, teeth, and all sorts of other bones jutting from his rotting corpse. The acting is better than average especially by Lar Park Lincoln who plays Tina. If you love slasher films, and plenty of blood, screams and guts then this film is for you. This is definitely one of the better Friday The 13th films.

Day Of The Dead, is the third film in the Living Dead series. The Lving Dead series describes what impact zombies would have on the human population. In the first film Night Of The Living Dead, we begin to see towns being taken over by the dead, in Dawn Of The Dead, there are still quite a few survivors scattered here and there. Day Of Dead follows on from here, now there are only a few survivors left, zombies out number up 400,000 to 1. Day Of The Dead revolves exculsively around a group of military personnal and scientists holed up in an underground missile silo. There is no escape, there is a helicoper but where are they going to go? No place on earth is zombie free. As you can imagine food is running low and so is ammunition. The scientists are working desperately to find a way of ridding the world of these creatures, but this is almost immpossible because there is no proper equipment to carry out tests. The miliary resent the scientists and basically see them as a waste of space, we are left with a situation where everyone is at each others throats. One man Dr Frankenstein as he is nicknamed, thinks he has found a way of solving the problem. He feels that conditioning them is the only way, and he does succeed with one zombie called Bob. However, something has to give, watch and see how the zombie succeed in making our world theirs. This film is very gruesome, and there is no shortage of blood and guts, at the same time some moral issues are addressed, and also there is a bit of humor thrown in. Some people feel this is the worst film in the trilogy, but in my opinion its not. This is certainly a film for any zombie fanatic.

I bought this game a couple of months ago, firstly because I love Sim games, and secondly because it was a budget title and was retailing for a mere £4.99. In this game you play a gangster, not any old gangster, you are Mr Big, the man who gives the orders, you decide if a shop should be done over, you decide if you want to kill a rival gang member. As will most Sim games, there is no action as such, you have to organise things and watch how the results turn out. The game play is first done in note book style, at the beginning of the game you have about seven hired hands at you're disposal. You decide who should lead that gang, and you then assign each gang tasks, this includes collecting protection money, indimidating shop owners into giving you protection money, you may like your gang to rob a business, this is quick way of earning cash, however, it is risky. You can also recruit new gang members, accountants and laywers, the more gang members you have the more jobs you can get done, and accountant will sort out your money, and a lawyer will help you stay out of jail. You can also buy business's legit, you can also folow rival gang members, and if you fancy take em out. No gangster can operate without weapons and cars, so this option is available obviously the more money you have the better type of weapon and car you can buy. Once you have decided whos doing what, you click done, and you find your gangsters on the street, you can watch what they are doing, and keep tabs on them, say you get caught doing a job, you can shoot the persuing cops in an escape bid. For me this is the worst part of the game play, this is played out over seven days, so you will wait a good 15 minutes for the tasks to be carried out, I'm surprised there is no game speed option here. You can also play lots of variation such as short game, long game, and one goal only games. This is a great
game for the money, the grpahics are good, and as long as you have a half decent computer the game flows along quick nicely. This game is a must for any Sim fan, and its a snip at £4.99.

When You've Been Framed hit our screens many moons ago, it provided us with a different type of entertainment. At first Jemermy Beadle hosted the show. The show consisted exclusively of people and pets been caught out on camera. The general public could sent in their funny clips and get a few hundred quid for them. Like everything at first the show was great every episode had new genuine funny clips, and it provided half an hour a fun. Its seems to me as though Beadle exited the show on a high, ie: before the stock ran out. You've Been Framed is now back on a screens complete with a new presenter Lisa Reily ex Emmerdale actress. To be frank they should never have screened this show again. Now we have to put up with Lisa trying very hard to be funny, and not to mention her dress sense, its not very easy on the eye. To cap a bad situation, most of the clips are repeated, its got so bad that some clips are shown week after week. Any new clips that do come in are fakes, people see this show as a quick way to make a bit of extra money. When you think about it, it is so easy to fake a clip, excite you dog, or get your kid to squirt you with the hose. The thing that bugs me the most, is the dangerous clips, some are down right dangerous, some of the people were inches away from death. After the dangerous clip, we hear the old laughing box, like its sooo funny, as if. I say scrap the show, and bring back something like Beadles About, or a new concept. If you are interested in watching repeats or like Lisa you can catch You've Been Framed on Saturday evening.

Knitting is a very popular past time, as well as being a good way to save money. Unusual and beautiful yarns are made especially for hand knitting and new designs and instructions are being produced all the time to meet popular demand. The most popular items that people knit are sweaters, cardigans and accessories such as hats, gloves and scraves. You can buy knitting patterns in wool shops, and they are printed free in most popular magazines. People think it is hard to knit large itmes but it isn't once you have learnt the basic stiches, and once you can understand and follow a pattern, you'll find it easy to knit almost anything. Once you have learned to cast on stiches then can do the two basic stiches knit and purl, you are off. The next thing to learn is how to increase, which is making extra stiches, and decrease which is making less stiches, then learning how to cast off the stiches you've finsihed. These are basically all the things that you need to know for making simple things, but if you want to make Aaron sweaters or striped jumpers, these are harder but you will learn how to make them as you become a more competant knitter. At first I could not follow a pattern, now I can knit almost anything, the thing I like making best is baby clothes, as they are only small and you can finish them quickly, bootees and mittens are the easiest, and can save you a lot of money by making them yourself. I also make jumpers for the family, I recently made a white chunky swaeter for my daughter, and some soft toys. If you think you can't do knitting, just try and you will be suprised just how easy and relaxing it is.

Otis Redding was born in 1941, he was one of the greatest ever soul singers, and also the most popular black act of his time, with the exception of James Brown. He was a great songwriter, who was influenced by Little Richard and Sam Cooke. His first release, was "These Arms Of Mine", which was a rhythem and blues record, and this was released in 1963, amazingly it only reached number twenty in the charts. During Otis's short life he had a least fifteen rythem and blues hits, most of these made it into the Top Ten. He had a hit with the Rolling Stones record "Satisfaction" in 1966, however personally I didn't think it was as good as the Stones version. He co-wrote lots of records, including "Mr Pitiful" with Steve Cropper, "I've been Loving You Too Long" with Jerry Butler and "Respect" which ended up being a massive hit for Aretha Franklin. In 1967 he appeared at the Monterey Pop Festival, and from it came the LP Ottis Redding/Jimi Hendrix Experience. The festival insired him to write his most popular record "Sittin On The Dock Of The Bay", which went to number one in 1968. On the way to a gig in 1967 his plane crashed, into the water of one of the Madison Lakes, killing him and four other members of his backing group The Bar-Kays. Otis will always be remembered for his fantastic singing skills, and his songwriting ability. My favourite Otis songs are "Cigarettes and Coffee", "Try a Little Tenderness", and "These Arms of Mine"

I have just purchased an Antony Warrall Thompson Professional food processer by Breville. It is absolutely brilliant and you can do almost anything with it, the thing I like is the juice extracter. I use this quite often as I like to drink fresh orange juice, it is a lot easier than squeezing your own oranges. When you do vegetables, instead of having to cut them yourself, just put them in and all the work is done for you. I find it useful when my grand-daughter comes to stay, as I can just put a small amount of our meal into the blender and within a few minutes her meal is ready to give to her. It has a special storage compartments to keep all the grating and slicing discs in, which is good as if they are left lying around children can easily cut themselves on them. I have never bothered buying one before as I thought they were a waste of money, but now that I have got one I wouldn't be without it. It comes complete with a users guide and a recipe book by Antony Warrall Thompson. I have tried some of the easier recipes, but I have yet to try the harder ones, I think that I will use it more now that winter is here, as I can make homemade soups and stews, and this will save a lot of time on chopping and dicing all the vegetables. This processer cost £80 but it is well worth every single penny.
