I joined this website just 2 days ago, and so far i must say ive been really impressed. In this time of money being very tight, every little helps, so when a friend told me about a website that pays you just for using a search engine, i was intrigued to find out more. The webpage was really colourful and easy to understand. In case you want to have a look, the link to join as a friend is http://www.myhpf.co.uk/banner.asp?Friend=352868 When you get here, all you need to do is register which takes minutes, and only requires a few details, and then your away. I marked this page as my homepage, so that i dont forget to use the search engine and make money. Basically everytime you do a search using there yahoo search engine, you get 2pence, now personally i do alot of searching, and within minutes i had earnt 25 pence. I then noticed that you could also make money from using the search results and buying items, say from amazon, even better! Then i noticed that if you introduced anyone, and they introduced anyone, that you get even more money. So i did introduce a few friends, and its great seeing your account go up each day. It works out that say you did 10 searches a day, which is really nothing at all, and you introduced 10 people who also introduced 10 people, and everybody just did 10 searches a day, you could be earning over £96 a month! Personally this is a great way of making some extra cash, and for something i do anyway, so brilliant. The only con, is that the search engine is yahoo, which isnt bad, but not as good as google. So what i do is, i use the yahoo one first (as im getting paid) and then if i cant find what im looking for i use google. They update your account every day, so you can see exactly how much youve earnt, and they pay every 30 days, either via paypal or by bank. Personally i think this is a wonderful site, and definetely worth it.
I went to see this film in the cinema on friday, it was a packed audience on a much talked about film. The film was very long, lasting just under 3 hours, however despite a few parts that dragged on, it was an interesting story and one that kept my attention for the most part of the film. The main characters were brad pitt who played benjamin and cate blanchett, who played the leading lady role. Both were superb in there roles, and i'd say brad pitt made this movie. The story was one of an emotional roller coaster, it was a little like forest gump, and had a huge impact on me, im still thinking about it now. The story was full of highs and lows, and had a great narration all the way through. I especially thought the makeup artisits did an exceptional job, on both brad pitt and cate blanchett, i dont know how they made brad pitt look so small, or so young, but it was totally believable. The funny characters in the film were benjamins mother and the main who kept getting struck by lighting, these characters were very good, and definetely needed in this quite heavy film. Overall i'd recommend this film, it was a good story, but one i do think i wouldnt want to watch twice. I think its definetely worth a watch though, as the film is very well produced and completely absorbed me into it.
Ive always loved noodles, and these noodles from batchelors always hit the spot for me. You can buy them in any good supermarket, and they come in quite a few different flavours. My favourite flavours are bacon and bbq beef. But other popular flavours are chicken and southern fried chicken. These noodles are so simple to cook, you simple pop them in pan of water, boil them for a few minutes and then add the sachet of flavour thats inside the pack. Then minutes later they are ready to serve up. They are ideal for students and people who hate spending time cooking. You can also put chilli, and spring onion through them, you can have them jacket potatoes, bread, etc. I love these as a late night snack expecially. They are quite low in calories, at around 150 calories a serving, and they are pretty filling as noodles go. They are also quite low in fat, which is big plus. They cost are 50-70pence in most shops, and are often situated with the pop noodles and rice sachets. The one flavour i must admit is pretty rough though is sweet and sour, it is very sweet and they made me feel incredibly sick after eating them. I'd not recommend these, unless you have a very sweet tooth. The packets are a nice shiny blue colour, and i always find them pretty appealing to the eye.
I have used topps tiles 3 times in the past, and i have to say they have been pretty good. They sell a good range of tiles, and i managed to choose all my tiles for 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. The tiles are always a good quality, and if you have any over they will take them back for you. But please note, if you buy any tiles from the very expensive section (normally on a display stand) if you order too many, topps tiles will not take them back. I had this experience and was really mad, as though its on the small print on the recipt they didnt warn me about this when i was ordering them. Topps tiles are good on price, though i have since found the adhesives, grout etc alot cheaper online. Topps tiles now offer a delivery service, for free, which is a good idea, as it used to cost me £20 to have the tiles delivered. They offer also a dvd on how to tile, its free with any purchase, and i have to say get it, as it is brilliant. I'd never tiled before and this cd really was a godsend, and the finish was brilliant. Ive never had a bad salesman in topps tiles, although they will folllow you around when you walk in, so unless you want the hassle just say your browsing. They also have a catalogue as you walk in, my advice pick it up, and use it as you walk round, as there are some good pictures inside. Often topps tiles have most of the tiles in stock, which is good, but even if they dont they can normally get them in for in 2 days. Overall ive always been impressed with topps tiles, just be careful not to order to many tiles, as they wont always take them back.
Betfair is my favourite betting website, it is really easy to use, and has practically every sporting bet there is available. There are also poker rooms, financial trading, exchange games, casino, they have really everything a bettor would need. I like that betfair as its not like a traditional bookie that can cancel your account if you win too much. Betfair do charge a commission which is a pain, but the odds do tend to be better in betfair so it equals out. If you are new to betfair, make sure you find an up to date coupon code for a free £25, you can find the most up to date coupon on any decent search engine. This will give your betfair account a good injection of money. You can deposit with any card, and also paypal, and withdrawing cash is quite quick. The betfair site can go down from time to time, which is very annoying, so i often use betdaq as an alternative. Betfair is now the biggest and most successful betting exchange site, and though recently it has started to charge its most successful bettors higher commissions, it remains a firm favourite with me. Oh and one of the best things about betfair is the information they provide you, you can see graphs on any event, profit and loss graphs, you can place bets to match at a later time, use inplay running, absolutely loads to look at on there. Definetely one to use.
When i moved to my new house a few years ago, this boiler was already fitted. I had no trouble for a year, and then suddently with no warming it broke down. I had someone out who told me this model is notorious for breaking down, and he advised me to take heating cover out, as chances are it would break down again. Well it did break down again, and again it was the circuits. Luckily i didnt have to pay anything, but i have to say this is a very unreliable boiler. I'd definetely advise you to have it serviced every year, as this should prolong its life and prevent too many problems. It is ok in design, plain white with a long door which has dials, etc behind it. Though it is quite long, and sticks out in a small kitchen. It isnt the best on efficieny, and my gas bills are pretty high every month. It gives a good heat though, and my shower is always quite strong and hot. These arent the cheapest of boilers, and i really wouldnt recommend getting one. The pilot light notoriously blows out, and the reset buttons is prone to sticking. The customer care is not the best with potterton, and i found there team useless when i first called up with a query about the potterton boilers. Personally i wouldnt bother, spend your money are a much more reliable boiler.
I always remember my nan owning a teasmade, and i always remembering thinking how naf they looked. However, this new teasmade from micromark, is definetely a vast improvement. Its a compact design, has an illumninated face, with a traditional clock dial. Its really easy to read, and you can easily flick the light switch at night if you need to know the time. Theres a few buttons under the clock face, mainly alarm, and the teasmade function. You also have a nifty light on the top of the teasmade for reading and this gives off a lovelly glow. This teasmade is really easy to use, you simply fill it up with the desired water, and press a few buttons, and hey presto in about 2 minutes, you have hot tea. I found the tea pretty hot, and though it was quite noisy when it was boiling the water, it was efficient. The alarm is good, not too loud or too quiet, and you can set it to go off in the morning, and make a cup of tea for a set time. I found the design pleasant, and much more modern than the older teasmade. You can also get the micromark with radio, another great feature. They arent cheap, costing £50 a go, but you might be able to get a second hand one cheaper on ebay. Well worth having, a god send on a cold morning
Ive always loved stella mccartneys perfumes, they always have a lovelly smell, and ive been buying them for years. This year my partner bought me her new scent rose absolute. Its not cheap at £30 a bottle, and is very popular on sites such as ebay etc, so i wouldnt imagine you could get this much cheaper than this. I had the 100ml bottle, but you can get the 50ml and 30ml in this scent. The bottle itself is purple and the lid has a silver band around it with the word stella imprinted on it, its a good size bottle for your handback, though the glass is quite heavy. The smaller 30ml bottle comes in a rather fetching diamond design, and is extrmely cute. The scent is very similar to the scent stella, but a little more floral and delicate and alot less sweet. I think i prefer this scent to stella by stella, as its not so strong. The scent seems to last a few hours, so a 100ml bottle should last you quite a few months. The scent is always one that seems to get peoples attentions, and even the fussiest of my family members seem to agree with the smell. Id definetely recommend this perfume, but the one criticism is it is far to similar to her first perfume and this is a little dissappointing. I do find it quite hard to believe that a new perfume is released that is practically the same as her first perfume. I'd say if you have loads of stella by stella left, dont buy this perfume until you run out, or you'll be dissappointed.
This was my first car, and was an absolute dream. It only cost me £1000 so is ideal for first timer buyers on a budget. There was loads of visability in this car, so reserving round corners and parking was easy. I actually asked to take my test in my own car, as the visability was so good in it, and passed first time. The car itself wasnt the most reliable though, it had a manual choke and often i'd forget to put it back in, opps! Sometimes the car wouldnt start when it was particularly cold, but i found pumping the clutch before starting the engine did the trick. I also had the exhaust fall off, despite all this, the parts were very cheap, tyres were only £20, and my most expensive garage bill was just £200. I loved this car, the inside was a little old fashioned but the car was always lovelly and warm inside, and seemed to retain heat well. The dials were old but it had a certain charm to it. The paint i have to say was abit poor, and did fade over time, so id definetely recommend polishing it often to help prolong the life of the paint colour. The fiesta didnt seem the strongest in the world, and had i had an accident i probably would have been crushed in it, but luckily i didnt, and the car served me very well. When i sold the car 2 years later, unbeliveably i got over £1000 for it, so depreciation is amazing on these little gems. I had a 3 door, and i was often giving people lifts from school, and this car easily fitted 5 people, with easy access in and out.
I love the old golf polo. It was my second car, priced at a reasonable £4000 back in 1998. Its a small car, but you can fit alot into it, it has a good passenger space, and the boot can hold alot of luggage. The interior on my car was a dark black fabric, and i have to say looked brilliant. The car rarely looked dirty and at night had a great light up dials inside, that really set it off. The polo has a good reputation for being safe, and i have to say this proved itself, when a car rammed into my drivers door at 60miles an hour. The side impact bars saved my life. I also didnt have any other problems with it, it always started, had a good fuel economy, the tyres were relatively good value and the parts were available in most garages. I loved my polo, they came in alot of blue colours, and mine was the metallic light blue which always looked great, and the paintwork always seemed to maintain its deep colour throughout its lifetime. The polos came in 3 or 5 door. Mine was the 5 door, and it was really easy to get in and out of. A friend of mine had the 3 door, and i have to say it was a little awkward to get into the back, so not advisable if you are going to use the back seats alot. Id definetely recommend the polo volkswagen, it was a great car, definetely worth its weight in gold.
I took the post office travel insurance out for my partner and i on our last holiday. I have to say it was very quick and simple. You can do at your local post office, on the phone or via their website, which is what i did. Theres the usual questions, and within a few minutes it was all sorted. I received all the documents in the post very quickly, and was quite happy with the price. We were quoted £25 each, for the slightly higher than basic package. In comparison to some other travel insurance companies, the post office, offered much better compensation in the event of a claim, and the price was much lower. I did notice there was an excess which i guess is the only thing, which was £50 but hopefully you should never need to claim. Im quite a sports fanatic, and i liked that the post office covered a wide variety of sports, that didnt bump the price up too much. Overall ive been very satisfyed with the service ive received from the post office. Thought ive never had to claim anything, there were clear details about how to do this in the literature.
I applied online for the card as it came with 0% on balance transfers for 12 months. It was a quick procedure, the usual questions, that took around 5 minutes to answer. I received confirmation immediately afterwards that my application was successful, though i wasnt sure how much i had received. Within 4 days, i received the relevant documentation in the post, which stated the credit limit, all seemed in order, and i was pleasantly surprised by how much i was granted. I transfered my balances at the 0% rate, which you have to do within the first 3 months by the way and had no problems doing so. Within a few days i had a mastercard sent to me, and everything has been great since. I receive my statements online, and have 24 hour access to my account online. I havent received any annoying sales calls, and when i did have to call up to check a transaction, the phone was answered really quickly, and the lady i spoke to was very polite and efficient at her job. I would definetely recommend the post office card. I have been told they also have free fraud protection, which is an added bonus. My card is a lovelly shiny silver, they do come in other designs though.
This is a great film, it will have you in stiches. The main star is anne fletcher, who you will probably recognise from greys anatomy. This film has been out about a month now, in dvd stores, and i'd definetely recommend it as a film to watch with a partner or with the girls. The basic plot revolves around anne fletchers character, who loves weddings, and hence has been to 27 of them, and hence the name 27 dresses, as she is always the bridesmaid. It is only when a writer for the local paper, who finds her filofax and writes a story on her, do things get very interesting. Its a very cute and funny film, and i'd say the acting is spot on, with some laugh out loud moments. The love scenes are realistic and the ending though predictable makes you smile and is quite endearing. This is a short film, at 90minutes long, and you will not be bored watching it. Its rated 12, which i'd say is right, as there is no swearing or uncomfortable scenes to worry about. You can buy this from ebay or play, for around £8 and i'd definetely recommend it. This film was written by the same people who wrote the devil wears prada, and for me it had slight similarly with the humor of this film, and was quite refreshing.
This is a brilliant movie, i saw it when i was younger and i must say i found the animation of the dinosaurs to be particularly realistic. I even found myself believing that they really were dinosaurs. The film is about the cloning of dinosaurs, that were trapped in amber, and though the plot sounds incredibly simple, with all the special effects and the excellent acting skills of jeff goldblum and richard attenborough, this film was a big hit. The film went on to show how a theme park, called jurassic park was made for the public to witness the marvel of the dinosaurs. However things go terribly wrong when the electric fences fail and the dinosaurs are set free, and things get even worse when the dinosaurs are much cleverer than we would all believe. I remember the film theatres were packed with children and adults wanting to see this film, and you can still get this in the film rentals. The film had me gripped from the start, and there were some pretty terrorfying moments, that had you behind a pillow. Steven spielberg who was the director, for me brought this film to life, and his direction and amazing director skills made this into a classic cult film, that will go on to be enjoyed for many years to come.
This is my favourite brand of powder. It is probably one of the best priced as well, and sometimes i can get 2 for £2.50 in my local chemist. Failing that, its about £2.50-£3 for one. This powder lasts around 3 months, using it twice a day. There are loads of shades from really pale, to the darker tones. Personally i go for the middle of the range, and op for peach glow. This is a lovelly colour, but doesnt make you look orange like some powders do. The powder lasts around 6 hours, and then i would say a quick dab over and you'll be matt again is advisable. It has excellent coverage and you really only need to briush your face once to get an even coating. The only thing about this powder, is dont drop it, or it will split into a million pieces and you'll have to go by another one. And also dont use a hard makeup brush to apply this powder, as otherwise it will use to much, and you'll end up with powder everywhere. You should be able to buy this powder in all good shops and chemists, as its widely available. Rimmel also do a stay clear matt powder, but this has more of a scent to the normal stay matte, ans my advice would be to stick to the main brand. One of my favourites.
