A great book that will be read over and over again.

I bought this book for £7 of amazon, but I'm sure if you shop around you can find it cheaper elsewhere. I got this book as a Christmas present for my son, so I am letting him write the review:) :

I have been a big fan of the diary of a wimpy kid book series from the beginning and the seventh book in the series doesn't disappoint.
I will keep the storyline info to a minimum to avoid any spoilers :)
In diary of a wimpy kid the first wheel, greggs middle school is having a valentines day dance, but as per usual luck is not on greggs side. Despite several genius plans it looks as though Greg isn't going to have a date for the dance.

The book is wrote by Jeff Kinney and has 217 pages. I was worried that as there has already been quite a lot of books in the series that the book might be a bit boring. But I was wrong the book is full of great laugh out loud moments and is one of those books that you read over and over again.

For people who haven't read any books in the books in the. Diray of a wimpy kid series yet, the book is half cartoon sketches and half typed.

My son really enjoyed the book and to my knowledge has already read it 3 times, so he must have enjoyed it!

        Advantages

        Disadvantages

Nothing special, and not worth making a long trip.

I live in shrewsbury, I have done for the past 13 years, shrewsbury used to be a bustling town, full of interesting shops. But as the years have gone by and the recession has hit the uk it has effected shrewsbury a lot. The town is now filled with empty units, and the ones that are now filled are generally well known stores that you could shop at anywhere else, or online.

The main shopping area in shrewsbury is on the high street, where there are two indoor shopping centres, pride hill and Charles Darwin. To access the town you can either come via bus, car ( there is a multi story car park ) or train, as there is a train station a 5 minute walk from the high street.

The only good thing about shopping in shrewsbury is that if you go of the main high street there are lots of great Tudor buildings to admire. Also if you visit the square ( at the end of the high street ) there is a very nice 1 room old fashioned style cinema ( although you must book in advance ). There also is a cineworld cinema, about a 5 minute walk from the town.

To conclude if you are looking for the standard high street shops, and nothing special then shrewsbury is good, but if you are looking for a range of unique boutique style shops then look elsewhere.

A great website for all football fans.

The official nfl website is a great website for casual football fans, hardcore football fans, and anything in between. The website has lots of great features for instance: live results, video highlights, league tables, all the lastest news, and a fantasy football leauge.

The main reason I visit this site is because of the fact that when games are on they are displayed along the top of the page they have all the live game scores, and if you click on an individual game, it will give you games stats, video highlights and a virtual play by play on an image of the football field.

Another great thing about nfl.com is the fact that it is clearly layed out and has a mobile version of the site which is useful when I access it on my iPhone. Also it has quick links at the very top of the page to each of the teams official websites. The website if also relatively free of adverts which is a bonus, especially considering the amount of websites that are cluttered with pop up ads.

To conclude, this is a great, well layed out, easy to navigate website for any football fans.

Great if you are looking for a high quality screwdriver set.

Having owned several rolson products in the past when I was looking to expand on my tool kit, this seemed the perfect option. Before buying this set you need to know that unlike the title states it is not a full kit. if you are looking for a full beginners tool kit, look at the other rolson toool kits, but if you are looking for a screwdriver set, then this is perfect for your needs.

As a screwdriver set it is great, it has 6 high quality screwdrivers that feel very sturdy and as though they will last a long time. It also has 6 sturdy standard screwdriver, 2 pair of pliers and a screwdriver with a set of changeable heads. You may have seen other screwdriver sets on the market which are cheaper and have more pieces, but they are generally low quality and brake after a few uses.

I have now had my rolson screwdriver set for a year and it is not showing any sign of breaking. So if you are looking for a good long lasting screwdriver set that contains some pliers aswell then look no further.

A great game if you can tolerate the annoying hackers.

Having been a fan of the call of duty series since mw2 I had been very much looking forward to this next addition to the series. The game itself is perfect, the online is great as it has a very large range of game modes compared to the other call of duty games. For instance for the first time in a call of duty game there is face off playlists which means you can do 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 which would in the other call of duty games require you to start a private match. The only down side to the face off playlists is the fact that there is only 2 maps, 1 which is based on a run aground ship and one which is set in ruins.

There is also as per usual in the call of duty games a wide range of weapons, attachments and equipment. The equipment include some very cool additions for instance the trophy system which deflects any enemy projectiles and the l.m.s which is basically 4 land mines which can fire individually. Also another bonus is that in this call of duty you can name your custom classes to whatever you like. I cannot comment on the campaign as I only play the call of dutys for the online multiplayer. Also there is a large amount of players resulting in short lobby wait times.

The downside to the game is the large amount of hackers which can often make the online multiplayer experience frustrating and annoying. Apart from the large amount of hackers this is another great installment to the call of duty series.

            A great beginner telescope.

Firstly I thought that I would say that I decided to buy the non motor driven one because I dont feel like I require a motor at this point in time and I can always buy the motor seperatly and attach it afterwords if I wanted to. When I decided I wanted to buy a small telescope to begin with I couldn't decide between the skywatcher explorer 130 or the celestron power seeker 127 eq, in lots of aspects they were both the same for instance primary mirror size e.t.c but I decided to get the skywatcher because of the fact that a lot of the celestron is plastic and most of the skywatcher is metal so I decided that it would probably be the more sturdy of the two.

Firstly, I found it relatively easy to set up out the box and it only took about 30 minutes to build it.The eyepieces that came with it aren't to bad considering that they come free with the telescope but after a while it is worth upgrading your eyepieces as you will get much improved views by upgrading them, both the 10mm and 25mm are ok but the 2x Barlow isn't very good at all in my opinion and I would probably upgrade that as soon as possible because if anything it justs makes the view worse. The equatorial mount that it comes in is good for the money and I found that when I was hand tracking the accuracy was very good. The telescope uses a dovetail attachment to attach to the telescope which makes it easy to transport as they can be easily took apart. The finder that comes with it is a red dot finder this is ok if you mainly do planet observing but if you are planning on observing dim stars e.t.c then it is worth upgrading the finder to one which has a low magnification. The telescope comes with an accessory tray which is very useful but you should be aware that to fold up the legs of the telescope you have to remove the accessory tray. The focuser on the telescope is good as it doesn't suffer very much from slipping when you let go of it.Overall I have the found the optics of the telescope very crisp across almost all of the field of view and I found that they provided good views of both planets and stars, also the mirrors came well aligned which meaning that I didn't have the hassle of collimating them. I am yet to use it to look at deep sky objects. Overall the telescope is very good value for money and great for beginners.
