“ Brand: Dunelm / Type: Jewellery holder - mask „
I own absolutely loads of jewellery and because of that I own lots of boxes and have lots of things like earring racks dotted about in my bedroom. I have a very expensive jewellery box I keep my most precious jewellery in and then I have a few holders too for what I refer to as my tat (to you costume jewellery!) lol.
I shop regulary in Dunhelm and I invested in a few different designed styles of them (reviews will folllow when I get round to them lol). This one being black and silver and me with a weird fascination with masks purchased it thinking I got a bargain at £5.99 for something that looked so well made and of good quality however at the moment looking at www.dunhelm.com this is on offer now for £2.99 due to being a sale item! Still though I feel it is worth the usualy £5.99 price tag luckily so I don't feel like I got done lol.
What you get is a jewellery hanger that comes in one size. Neither on the website or on the product am I told how high it is but its a few inches high with a round sturdy black shiny base trimmed with silver sequins and then you get a long twisted piece of sturdy plastic draped with a a few black beads and then a black flower again trimmed with black and shimmery grey beads and with a clear diamante to the middle if that and then a black mask with two curt out eyes which are again trimmed with grey beads and silver sequins, a diamante to the top centre of it and black beads hanging from the free side and then to the top of that 7 loops to hang necklaces off which are far enough away from the base to let most long chains hang freely. It is trimmed with grey feathers to the top and really, this is just a very charming and pretty feminine jewellery holder which oozes quality and really isn't one bit tacky like I have seen this type of thing be before in some shops on my travels.
The idea of course is to hang necklaces from it, comfortably and without fear of tangling them you are best to pop one on each hook, it stays put without falling off however its up to you of course, you can pop as many on the hooks as you wish to but watch out they do get tangled!
This doesn't take up much room at all and is just really pretty and useful really and you can tell it isn't from a pound shop or owt due to it being so well made. To clean it you just need a clean dry cloth and that is that!
Only available in Dunhelm stores.
