We use a lot of different types of hand washes in our house – to be honest, I prefer to use them to bars of soap as I think they are just far more convenient to use and they are also a lot more hygienic. My little girl also loves to use them and she loves the pump dispenser as she feels all grown up when she manages to wash her own hands.
I have used Radox Replenish lots of times and I get it in a 300ml sized bottle for only 99p from Home bargains. I like this hand wash for all sorts of reasons. First of all it lathers really well and I only ever have to use a small amount. It is kind to my skin and as it is also PH balanced, it never dries my skin out. I do suffer from very dry skin across my knuckles so this is a good thing for me.
It also has a really gorgeous smell and the fragrance lasts for hours after I have used it though it is not too heavily perfumed that my husband won’t use it!
Finally, I love Radox Replenish because it also rinses off my skin really well and it never leaves any soapy residue behind like some pump dispenser liquid soaps can do.
It is such a good price and works out excellent value for money as it lasts me for ages.
It comes highly recommended by me and all of my family.
We seem to get through gallons of handwash in our house. Not that I'm complaining about good hygiene but since my eldest daughter has taught my little one how to wash her hands, the supplies have been heading south pretty quickly. Consequently nowadays I am less inclined to go for the premium branded hand soaps which look pretty in my bathroom and more likely to grab whatever is on special offer.
This week when I was doing my dreaded weekly Tesco, I needed to stock up on some handwash for the bathroom... again and I spotted that the Radox line was on special offer at the great price of £1 for a 300ml bottle. I decided to go for the clean and nourish variety as I do seem to suffer from quite dry hands at this time of year and some hand soaps can really dry them out. This particular soap contained natural shea butter which is fab for softening and moisterising dry bits.
The soap came with a pump dispenser which meant my little ones were able to use it themselves and they seemed to like it. I was really pleased with this handwash. Just one little squirt produce enough to wash your hands and it produce a really nice creamy lather. After washing my hands felt clean, smelt lovely and also felt reasonably moisterised. It certainly didn't dry my skin out as I have experienced with other products.
I think this is a great offering from Radox and I would certainly stock up if I see it on offer again and I would be interesting in trying other varieties in the range
I always buy handwashes to keep by the sinks/ handwash basins around the house so I keep an eye out for good-value yet good-quality ones as I've always been disappointed with cheapo ones.
We've used Radox bath products for years so when I saw their handwashes recently on a bogof offer in Tesco I decided to try their handwash for a change.
The 2 x 300ml pump action bottles cost £1.69 & look exactly as they do in the picture and being a neutral (peach) colour they suit our kitchen & bathrooms.
I always have problems getting pump actions to work initially but this one is fine - didn't have to ask for help getting it started for once!
The handwash itself is quite thick & luxurious & has a lovely peachy smell which isn't overpowering yet very pleasant. I found you only need to use 1 squirt to give the hands a real good clean so it should work out to be quite economical.
I like the way it doesn't go gloopy in the bottle & the fact that it doesn't drip - one of my pet hates is clearing up 'old' handwash from around the washbasin. It's good to know that the bottle itself can be recycled (although the pump can't be).
When using the handwash you get a bit of a lather but it's the creaminess that you really notice & even when the hands are rinsed they feel soft & moisturised & it doesn't leave any residue on the skin.
The handwash is dermatologically tested & contains moisturiser plus vitamin E which seem to help make the hands feel not only clean but feel softer after use than many others I've tried.
The other good thing about this Radox handwash is that it doesn't smell too 'girly' so can be used by everyone in the family plus visitors.
I'd definitely buy more if I see it on offer but not sure I'd pay the full RRP - I'm not mean, just careful lol!
I always like to have pump hand washes beside very sink in my house. They are essential for quick and easy cleansing of the hands. This of course is very important in stopping the spread of bacteria. When I at the local super market I saw Radox Replenish on a buy one get one free offer. It comes in a 300ml bottle and was priced £1.19. This wash is a very nice one. When you wash your hands with it they really feel pampered. The hand wash is nice and thick and does not run away through your fingers. It is also a nice neutral colour. You do not need to use much of this wash one little squirt and that is enough. It foams up just enough. it leaves your hands feeling nice and soft and moisturised. Another plus to this product that is pH balanced and is kind to your skin. The smell of the wash is also very pleasant and makes you want to use the wash. The bottle itself is nice, it is a nice shape and the pump dispenser is very easy to use. I like this product because it is made from a natural blend of herbs and minerals. The bottle itself can be recycled but the pump itelf cannot. A very nice handwash.
What is it?
A handwash, often used as a substitute for soap.
What does it do?
This liquid soap claims to contain vitamin E and provitamin B5 to help repair and replenish your hands after every wash. The handwash is pH balanced and dermatologically tested to ensure kindness to your skin.
I have this placed in our bathroom sink and I'm feeling quite sad that we have finished this - hence the review! This creamy orange handwash is much more than just some liquid agent to clean your hands - it offers more of a sensational pampering experience for the hands.
The consistency of the handwash is quite thick and creamy - almost like custard, though this dissolves very quickly upon contact with water and lathers very well. My hands definitely feel clean and soft after using this - definitely recommended for dry skins.
The aroma is gorgeous and I think this is the one thing that makes it so good - it feels like a combination of sweet satsumas and fresh peaches, the smell is so genuine, I always feel hungry after using this. I think they must use the same agents as the ones used in the soft chewy gummed sweets e.g. gummi bears - it has the same 'sweetie' scent. Unfortunately with this, you can only wash your hands for so long, but with each time I use this it feels like a mini pampering experience - this humble little handwash would not be out of place if it were used at an upmarket spa retreat.
Only £1.39 for a 300ml bottle!
I cannot think of any negative points about this handwash - except for the fact that it doesn't have an anti-bacterial agent in it. This, I feel, is probably more of a personal thing. As this is intended as just a general handwash in a domestic home, and with this being so lovely I would be washing my hands more frequently anyway, the anti-bacterial element is probably not so much of an issue.
An excellent pampering handwash.
Thanks for reading, xx
I usually buy soap when I do my food shopping and although I have certain soaps I prefer I like to look to see what is on special offer. If there is a buy one get one free offer on then I usually am tempted. I always buy liquid soap as I feel this is more hygienic than the bars of soap. So the last time I went shopping the soap that was on offer was Radox liquid handwash so I choose two and this review is on the Radox - Replenish Handwash.
For a 300ml bottle it costs around £1.79. However I bought mine in Sainsbury's where there is currently a buy one get one free offer. This means it works out at around 90p for a bottle so that's pretty good value in my opinion.
The bottle is a clear plastic bottle so you can see exactly how much soap is left in the bottle. There is a pump dispenser at the top. On the front there is a picture of peach coloured bubbles and it says it contains "Vitamin E and Provitamin B5", is dermatologically tested and pH balanced.
The soap claims to contain a blend of natural minerals and herbs but doesn't tell you which ones. It doesn't even say it contains peach but this is the predominant smell (see below). The bottle does list the ingredients but most of them don't mean anything to me.
The soap smells undoubtedly of peaches. The bottle doesn't say whether there are peaches in it or not but you can't mistake that smell. Its very fruity and pleasant.
I wet my hands and squirt some of the soap onto them. It's a lovely pale peach colour, the soap is thick and just feels good quality. The minute I start to rub my hands together I can feel the softness of the soap moisturising and cleansing my skin at the same time. The peachy smell fills the room. I rinse the bubbles off and dry my hands on the towel. My hands feel as if I have just used hand cream, they feel softer and smoother and smell of peaches.
I really like this soap. It is a luxurious product for a reasonable price. As soon as you rub it into your hands it feels like a quality product. It has in-built moisturisers so you don't need to use your hand moisturiser as much as you might do with other soaps which can be quite drying to your skin. It has a lovely smell which remains on your hands for long after you've washed them. In my opinion this is another top quality product from Radox and one I will buy again (as long as there isn't anything else on special offer - never can resist a great offer!!).

Radox is one of the many toiletry brands that I buy due to it being a well known and trusted make and has lot's of products that I like,
And having dry skin I usualy go for the products that contain a moisturiser as this handwash does.
The Radox replenish handwash comes in a plastic bottle with a user friendly pump action, the liquid soap is dermatologically tested and contains Vitamin E,
The liquid is a peachy colour as is the smell but not too overpowering just nice and peachy!
Only a small amount is needed as the liquid is quite thick and lathers pretty well,it feels really soft and silky on the skin and rinses off well leaving no residue just a nice smell and softness to the skin.
I have dry skin and after washing and drying my hands they are left cleansed and feeling nice and soft to the touch, which lasts for some time due to the moisturising properties of the vitamin E contained in the handwash.
I have my own dispenser which I bought to match my bathroom and always transfer all my liquid handwashes into it,
this bottle is a bit plain looking but still nice enough to sit on your bathroom sink or in the kitchen.
I was very pleased with the results of this handwash and guests have commented on the nice smell! it's one that I would recommend and buy again
I bought this at Tesco @ £1.66 for a 300ml bottle, but can be bought most supermarkets and chemists,
Look out for buy one get one free offers!
