I wear a lot of different fragrances and I like to smell good. I wear stuff to suit my mood and what I am doing. I think cacharel for men is a good aroma for a bloke who likes to have a strong long lasting fragrance that smells good and does not need to be messed about with.
I like the bottle cacharel comes in. Its very solid clear glass and sits well on a flat surface. I don't think its over done and I like the silver top that makes it look like a flask type bottle. It has a good weight and is easy to use and I like that. The box is subtle in grey and silver and I think it works.
This is an 80s fragrance and it shows because it is very strong and stands out on you when you wear it. It has a very long lasting aroma on me and I only need a small bit of this to last me all day. I like the way it is tangy and sharp when it goes on but gets deeper when you smell it after a few hours.
The tangy smell I detect is a citrus and lavender aroma and that has a kind of sweet and sour thing going on all at the same time. I like that a lot and its the thing that makes this fragrance stand out for me. Later it gets a lot more toned down and has a softer feel but its still very strong smelling if you put a lot on.
I would put less on if you can because this doesn't need to be splashed on all over to work for you. I think you can wear this any time day or night, summer or winter. It works as well in all seasons on me and I like that a lot. It gets more musky as the day goes on and smells even better.
There is a nutmeg smell in this and I think that gives a good spiced effect that makes the aroma stand out more for me. I think this is very manly, masculine and sensual and best for a man from mid 20s onwards. Older blokes will like this a lot, but youngsters probably wont go for it as much. I get good comments when I wear this.
I would recommend this because it has a great smell, lasts for hours and works well on your skin. You can put this on once and don't need to put any more on at all. I like that and think that makes this a winner. The price is about £30 for 50mls but that will last a long time because you don't need very much of this.
