Two months ago we were looking how to improve our maintenance by getting new outgrowth implementing innovative commodities, cause we weren't used using nowadays tech tools.
We have 6 retail shops which is one chain, and we wanted to connected all of them using single line.
Company supplied us the solution to link the shops into one. Any of other couldn't do that.
This software is pure gold for us, cause it helps improve our value growth by managing all the shops stocking at once. All the stock movement is connected to each other and right now its simple to know how much chocolate we have in general.
Connected lines helps business to move on. It totally changed our workplace.
And this option didn't cost us a fortune, we paid not a small amount as this is innovative solution, but not too damn much.
Also, before digging in we tried the software which is free in downloads.com, just write emperium epos.

This short review will explain you everything I heard in the ours there.
The show was about their software which was developed by the company itself. Truthfully they are tough ones, working with many countries, having many offices.
I think that solutions they are providing are great, also there is a solution for a trial at downloads com. Everyone could try.
During the show they explained how softwares work and frankly machinery are one of the best I have seen.
They are completely great talking about stock movement control, managing tens of shops which could be connected, clients' basis management, discount systems and other many features.
The greatest deal is that company designed separate softwares for so many businesses.
Those separate softwares subordinates each kind of business facilities into one huge valuable piece.
This review is about training company is providing.
I am an employee who works in a huge fashion-beauty saloons chain. Few years ago we ordered many epos packages from the company, which either are great, and time after time we are getting the engineer to our places to do basic training for the new employees, for new updates.
Training which is provided by engineers is brilliant, new employee - Laura, who started to work just three days ago is already getting through the system easily as the engineer did the training before few days.
Sometimes the company is sending their engineer for free as we are a constant long-term client.
I am glad we are using these services and not other ones, the software we are using, training we are receiving are great indeed.
Plainly I completely recommend company's services, I have no doubts and misunderstandings.

We are doing business with eposdirect for awhile already - its been already one year, during this year we made three deals. In Moscow we are a group which handles a numerous amount of small retail shops, grocery shops, little traditional bars and restaurants. Few years ago we started looking for electronic solution as it works easier and faster, we had a need to reduce time consumption.
Finding this company - eposdirect which is based in London was quite an amazing score for us. Because they arranged everything for us from the scratch.
In general we bought 8 epos solutions - Toshiba packages. Engineers came to Moscow and sorted out everything for us which was particularly nicely.
Systems are in their places, everything works great and we are not having any problems. After this connection with the company I will recommend it to every business which will need epos solution.

Actually, I can't believe how easy it is to use. I bought it and I totally felt in love with EPOS hospitality software. This software makes me think more, think about new opportunities for the business. Receiving detailed statistics from the EPOS I could easily produce higher productivity for my business which is essiantial.
I am already using EPOS for a little more than three and I still can't imagine how great it is.

This company will never leave you alone! Once I had a problem with a software's settings, I didnt know how to solve it and I called late evening - they helped me!
Right now I am recommending epos options for my friends and business partner.
For me, and all of our staff, it was essential that the EPoS upgrade went as smoothly as possible. Our previous software was pretty much nearing retirement and was causing a number of worrying complications. A fundamental problem was stock control. Every time the system went down It would lose a day or so worth of data and this would have to be caught up with manually. In addition, the reporting functions that we had were limited to VAT and profit and loss summaries. The introduction of <a href="http://www.eposnow.com/">Emperium Retail</a> and the system purchased from epos now allows us to view the various supplier and customer reports to identify what customers are buying in what seasons. I can see exactly what categories of clothes were selling best and worst and also what were the most popular brands. Meanwhile, the supplier report allows me to maintain a good relationship with the supplier by making regular orders when necessary. In fact, it is because of this install that we can now accurately project what will be needed for this coming Christmas. We can see how trends have changed over the seasons and we will make sure that there will be no cases of being overstocked and waste and only the products that we sell most of available. With the old system this would never happen, there would always be extra stock that wasn't selling.
As a complete novice in the field of Epos, I came across Emperium. Although I have not used epos before, only the normal cash register, the software is very user-friendly and extremely straightforward to navigate. I found the 'how to' instructions both attractively presented and helpfully written. I have minimal technical knowledge but working through things with the guys from tech support I've been able to set up efficeint stock control lists.

My old EPOS system which ive had for 5 years slowy ground to a halt around a month i ago and i began searching online for a replacement. www.eponow.com offered the cheapest package on the net so i looked a little deeper into the software they were selling to make sure it wasnt rubbish. I read other reviews online about emperium online and it is considered to be one of the best. After purchasing the software i was amazed at wat it could actually do. I run a small newsagents in Maidstone and my biggest problem is staying on top of ll my customers and their morning deliveries. Emperium allowed me to categorise the customers and their daily/weekly orders, clearly labelling which ones were in debt etc. Overall it saves me around 2 hours a day of extra work.
