“ Brand: Carte Blanche / Range: Me to You / Type: Collectiblble figurine „
You may also know Me to You bears as Tatty Teddy. Tatty Teddy products are made by Carte Blance greetings ltd and their products seem to be found everywhere today from gift shops to supermarkets. Products vary from cards, calendars, cuddly toys to name but a few and of course they make ornaments hence my review. Tatty Teddy is recognisable for his grey 'tatty' appearance and little blue nose. My Tatty teddy is covered but the ones who are not also have little patches on them.
My bear necessities tatty teddy was a gift I received for Christmas for the reason that I am a little obsessed with my human baby grow to keep me warm in the winter so my boyfriend thought that this one would be ideal for me. I believe the figurine cost around £15 from looking on the internet.
My Tatty Teddy bear came in a light blue box which has a little me to you bear printed on it and a sticker to show you what is in the box. Opening the box you find the polystyrene which is keeping your bear safe I give the box a push from the underneath to push the polystyrene up as it sometimes can be tricky to get out.
Once I have freed the polystyrene I could get my bear out. My Tatty Teddy bear is dressed in his baby grow which is a teddy bear one (mine is a rabbit for those of you interested lol). The baby grow has a velvet feel to it. The figurine weighs around a pound I would say maybe a little more it is heavy enough for me to know it would not fall over itself from having the window open. The bear as you can see from the picture is in a sitting position with his hands by his ears in his yellow bear suit which has its own little face on. The bear's feet have little grey lines on like the suit has been patched on the bottom in circles which keeps with the patch theme of the teddies with no suit on. The bear is 8cm high. At the back of the bear his little tail is coming out of his suit with a (c) sign printed into his velvet suit. The bottom of my bear tells you his name 'Bear Necessities' and that he was handmade in 2009 by CBGL 'Carte Blanche Greetings Limited'.
I give my Bear Necessities bear 5 stars he was a lovely gift for me. I know they will not be for everyone as we all like what we like but if you like Me to You products then you should like this little bear.
