This is a brilliant, well featured and compact video camera

I got this video camera for Christmas, and I spent months researching good cameras within a budget, and found this to be the most fully featured, for the price. The first surprise is how small, light and comfortable to hold it is, although the only problem is you worry you might drop it! The video quality, especially when put on the highest HD settings, is very good, and very clear with high pixel rate. The video quality drops significantly in low light, especially outdoors, but this is only to be expected of a camera at this price. The inbuilt memory is so useful, and means no worrying about memory cards. It holds enough video for my needs before needing to be downloaded. The touch screen is nice, but the buttons are so small on it you sometimes find yourself needing a few attempts to press the right one. It comes with all the needed cables to charge, connect to the computer, tv etc, and can directly output with a HDMI cable. It connects well to my computer, and downloads easily using iMovie on my mac. However if you are a mac user be warned as you cannot just watch your clips on the computer, without putting them into iMovie, due to the format the camera records in. I believe windows users are given a media player that allows you to watch the clips without needing to put them in a movie editing program. The battery life although not outstanding, is not bad either, I held off buying a high capacity battery at the original purchase, and have not needed to go back and order it.
