SONY have always had a great history of making great TV's, and this WEGA is no exception. I was on the lookout for a smallish, flat screen TV, and since my old TV was a SONY, I remained faithful, and how!! The first thing that strikes you about the WEGA is the sleek look, and the flat screen. The flat screen means no picture distortion at the edges, which really does make a difference. If you want, you can customize the picture and save it in your personal settings (one for films, one for normal TV etc.) The sound on this is also fantastic - pseudo 3D sound that (for once!) really does work. It does a really good job of making the whole cinema experience that bit more exciting. Sure, it can't compete with a fully blown Dolby Digital 5.1 system, but this isn't meant to. It's a smallish TV for a small living room or bedroom. Like the picture, you can customize the sound and save the settings (there are also pre-sets, like Jazz, Rock etc.) All in a all a beautiful TV - automatic set up, great picture, great sound, and looks to die for - you can't go wrong!
