nice Kids alternative to an Ipad

My daughter got this for Christmas just before she turned 2. I was a little unsure about her having it because of her age but she is quite bright so i thought we would give it a go. I got her a silicon cover for it so it didnt get damaged but I dont think that was needed as it does withstand rough play. It is obviously designed for childrens little hand because of the shape and small size.

It has a stylus attached to it to prevent is being lost which is an excellent idea for a childrens tablet. It has endless ways to play and learn with all the different apps you can purchase for it. My daughter uses her mainly for writing, colouring and taking photos of her baby brother. It creates endless adventure with all the things it can do. It teaches writing, reading and mathematics, plus with it having the look of a games console I dont think children will object to learning from it.

My only issue with it would be the battery life. They dont last very long at all so we are constantly buying batteries. I have recently bought an adapter for it but that is only for use at home so we still need lots of batteries if we want to take it away from the house which can be a pain.

You can buy extra games for it to make it even more exciting but it does come with some free games alreday installed which my daughter is happy with for now. The colouring games even get plaid with by my 1 year old when he gets his hands on it.
