I was really excited at first to see a Bush (budget though it may be) with a music unit that is so compact and fairly sleek looking. Unfortunately it is too good to be true. The buttons and eject system is very crude and appears cheap. After having it for only a short period, the eject part broke. The remote control is basic and light weight but does not have a good signal. The size of the unit is actually larger than I thought which lead to issues as to where it should be put. You cannot put it on a second shelf as the eject system goes upwards. It can be wall mounted if preferred. Other than that I was happy with the sound quality and the features are quite easy to use. All in all though I would say that I may have had an unlucky experience but it does feel cheap and "plasticky".
I bought this cd player because it was cheap, it was wall mountable and I thought that it looked good. When I got it, I was a bit disappointed. In the flesh, it seemed quite cheap, ie too plasticy, and it was quite difficult to mount on the wall. However, once I did get it on the wall, I was pleased. From a distance, it does look good, like it did in the catalogue picture when I bought it, and it plays cds just fine, which of course is the reason I bought it. The sound is fine, and there is a basic remote control which does the job. I think that the speakers are also cheap to the feel, but again, once on the wall, and at a distance, they are fine, and as I said, the sound they produce is fine. As an aside, you can also put this on a flat surface, you dont have to mount it on the wall. I think I would recommend this.
