      Excellent unit, 5*

When I bought this Head Unit, the pictures did not do it justice. I was willing to buy it not expecting it to be half as good as it actually is!

The main function of the head unit is to actually operate as the controls for your iPod. Rather than simply plugging it in via a lead, your iPod is housed inside. It comes with a variety of adaptors to make sure that your iPod isn't damaged during insertion/removal.

The dial on the right controls volume, while the dial on the left allows you to change songs. There is also the option to shuffle, repeat all, repeat one etc just like your iPod. to access the menu (like the one on your ipod... playlist, artists, albums etc) you simply press in the left dial. From here you can choose a playlist, browse all songs, browse by artist or even browse by album. Very easy to operate while driving. Not distracting.

It also features the choice of a few screensavers (one is an equalizer (choice of 3 graphics) and one is a video of a bugatti vehyron driving through various capital cities of the world)

To insert/remove the iPod you simply push a small button and the front of the head unit will open up. The adaptors which house the ipod then slide in/out until you hear a click. This allows you to make sure that you get your iPod in the right position. It allows means that you cannot get your iPod stuck inside the head unit.

It can also function like a regular am/fm radio: you can store 6 preset channels, also it displays text updates from the stations if they use this function. There is also an AUX input option.

I was really impressed with this head unit and would definately recommend it on looks and performance! Well worth the price!
