Kellogg's Cornflakes are basically your bog-standard breakfast. Not especially tasty, but not bad tasting either. What we basically have here is breakfast - plain and simple. You slap your cornflakes in a bowl, you slap some milk on top, and you hope that that combined with a cup of coffee will be enough to get you going for whatever it is that you have to do that day.
Kellogg's are *the* brand when it comes to cornflakes. Tried, tested, trusted, and (arguably) better than the cardboard that many supermarket own brands try to sell you. They also have the benefit of nostalgia - Kellogg's Cornflakes are an old brand, something not only from our childhoods but from our parents' childhoods, even our grandparents' childhoods. And people find nostalgia comforting - particularly when it comes to breakfast.
Cornflakes are nice, they're enjoyable, they fill that gap in your stomach from the night before. There's also something about tucking into a bowl that is very, very *satisfying* - it's a comfort food, even in the depths of winter. (Although, you may want to sit with a blanket around you if you're faffing around in your pyjamas in the middle of a cold January morning - but that's up to you, maybe you like it breezy.)
And, of course, there's that famous logo on the box. Bright, cheerful, but not too assaulting on the eyes at some ridiculous time in the morning when you're trying to find your clothes, shoes, and the light switch. (I'm not really a morning person.)
I never used to buy cornflakes as I felt they were just not sweet enough for me but as I've gotten older my palate has changed and I have started to prefer a breakfast cereal that is not as sharp and sugary. I recently bought this box of Kellogg's Cornflakes and have been enjoying them for a few weeks now. I decided to buy a branded name cornflake product rather than shop's own because I trust that Kellogg's products are always of a high quality, having tried many of their other cereals.
I purchased a 500g sized box. The packaging is very distinctive with a picture of a giant cartoon cockerel head heralding the morning. The packaging is full of great information about the product. Full ingredients are listed as well as nutritional values. There is also an educational article about how the flakes are made.
The nutritional values are given per 100g or per 30g, which is considered to be an average serving. However, my personal servings are probably twice that amount! However, there is 113 calories per 30g bowlful as well as 0.3g of fat making this cereal a low fat option. The cereal is also infused with added vitamins and minerals including 5 B vitamins, iron and vitamin D. This is especially helpful for me to know since I am a vegetarian and I rely on these extra hits of vitamins!
The flakes - comprised of maize, barley, malt, sugar, salt and flavouring - don't really seem to have an aroma at all. They are a toasted golden brown colour and they vary in shape and size. Some are flat flakes and some are curled. Some are dark and some have a lighter tinge to them. The texture of the flakes is crispy and each flake has a lightly bubbled surface. They are very light and quite thin.
I like to eat my cornflakes cold with soya milk although know family members who like to use hot water and a splash of milk. I love that the cornflakes retain some level of crunchiness and shape for a long time. Unless you dawdle and spend a lot of time over breakfast then the cornflakes won't go soggy (unless that's what you want!)
The cornflakes have a slightly sweet but biscuity flavour which seems like much more of a natural flavour than many other Kellogg's cereals. I like that I don't need to add any sweetener to these but they are not too sweet either. They taste really good and each mouthful is moreish.
These fill me up quite well although probably not as well as toast or porridge. They are rather light but I feel satisfied after a meal and filled up until lunch time.
I would recommend these to consumers looking for a tasty, high quality breakfast cereal. I think they are more suited to the adult consumer than children. They are widely available from all major supermarkets.

Mention cornflakes and people automatically think of Kelloggs.
Cornflakes were discovered way back in 1890s by a Seven Day Adventist and it was in 1906 that the "Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company" was formed. The full story behind their origins can be found on WIkipedia.
To me cornflakes are what I would think of as the most basic breakfast cereal - not in a bad way - but one that is functional and simple without being too sweet or with weird things added to it like chocolate or honey (though they do sell chocolate cornflakes these days).
I am sure most people have eaten cornflakes at one time or another and Kelloggs are definitely the best.
The are a lovely golden colour and have a slightly malty smell to them. The flakes are all reasonably consistent sizes and are neither too soft and soggy or too hard and crisp. To me they are just the right consistency.
I eat mine with soya milk usually but otherwise would use skimmed milk - though you would get more flavour from using full fat milk.
I put a little sugar on my cornflakes - only about half a teaspoon, as they do have some sugar added already - I can eat them without added sugar but I prefer that little bit extra sweetening.
I usually just eat my cornflakes as they are and with milk - I have tried adding sultanas but they do not seem to work as well as with branflakes. One thing I do enjoy though is a sliced up banana in with the cornflakes - which not only tastes lovely but makes a nutritious snack.
Kelloggs Cornflakes are the original and oldest but are also the most expensive.
Supermarkets now all make their own ranges of cereal and its worth trying those out. The own brand cereals may be adequate but they will never beak Kelloggs ones - though if on a tight budget it is always worth downgrading a brand just to try it out.
I would definitely buy Kelloggs all the time if money was no object but to save money I will mostly buy Tesco cornflakes and just have Kelloggs as a treat now and again.
Cornflakes are a quick and easy breakfast or snack (I will often have a bowl in the evening before bed). At other times I will have porridge which takes a bit longer to prepare. However the cornflakes do not sustain you for as long as porridge and you will be wanting elevenses or waiting for your lunch of you only have a bowl of cornflakes in the morning. That said any breakfast is better than none and sometimes it is good to have something quick and easy.
Not as unhealthy as lots of the heavily sugar laden cereals now on sale, cornflakes is more of a staple product that is suitable for adults and children.
We also like making crispie crunchies with these cornflakes as a change from rice crispies. All you need is to stir some cornflakes into melted chocolate and then put into little cake cases until set. They have quite a different texture to using rice crispies and make a pleasant change.
Cornflakes may not be a high fibre breakfast cereal but they do have lots of added vitamins so at least you are getting some goodness when you eat them - as well as from the milk of course. Kelloggs reduced their salt content by 50% in 2010 and also started adding Vitamin D in 2011.

Having been on a bit of a diet recently I have been taking cereal to work with me in the mornings for breakfast. I actually purchased the Kellogg's variety pack which contains 8 individual portion boxes of different Kellogg's cereal with one of the boxes being corn flakes.
Corn flakes were the first cereal launched by Kellogg's and have been around ever since. They consist of toasted flakes of golden corn. The corn flakes come in a variety of box sizes with a 750g box currently costing £2.00 in Tesco on special offer.
These corn flakes come packaged much the same as any other cereals in a cardboard box containing a plastic waxy bag inside which helps keep the cornflakes fresh and crunchy. On the front of the cornflakes box you can find a picture of the iconic Kellogg's cockerel as well as some basic nutritional information. On the back and sides of the box you can find more detailed product information including ingredients listings, allergy advice and full nutritional information it also states that the corn flakes are suitable for vegetarians.
The variety box I had is classed as one portion which weighs 17g which contains the following nutritional information:
Calories - 64
Sugars - 1.5g
Fat - 0.2g
Saturates - 0.03
Salt - 0.2g
It also states on the box that if you serve these with 125ml of semi-skimmed milk that they contain 123 Calories. The corn flakes also contain added vitamins.
These don't look the most appealing cereal as they just consist of orangey looking flakes but I have always enjoyed the way they taste. I never add any sugar to them as I enjoy the toasted natural flavour and there is a little sugar already added to them when they are made. I just splash a little milk onto them and try and eat them fairly quickly while they are still nice and crunchy. I know people often say that own brand corn flakes taste the same as the Kellogg's ones but I tend to disagree to me they never taste quite the same. I find with the Kellogg's corn flakes that they are crunchier and taste like they have been toasted for longer giving them more flavour. They are also low in calories and sugar so make a great breakfast for someone on a diet and even a small serving tends to kerb my hunger until lunch time.
Overall I think Kellogg's corn flakes are certainly the best corn flakes around and are worth the extra few pennies they cost. They are also quite a healthy option unless you opt to be creative with them and make chocolate cornflake cake or a classic cornflake tart!
Cornflakes are an excellent healthy way to start the day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it's good to have a healthy cereal in the morning, even if it is quite bland.
The box is made from thin cardboard which can easily be folded or torn so it will fit in the bin or you can save the box and use it to wrap presents, parcels or use it for arts and crafts. The box is completely recyclable and the bag is made from thin plastic so has to be binned. Both require minimal effort to open.
The corn flakes are bland as I said because there's no real flavour to them. They do taste a little sweet but the milk you put on them is stronger. I add a teaspoon of sugar to these to make them taste a little better but it doesn't mask the fact that they don't stand out. They really don't.
They're quite dry but when you drench them in milk they go soggy and practically fall to pieces, as expected of a cereal like this. They taste a bit like Frosties really but weaker. Frosties have a really sweet taste that gets right to the back of your mouth but these lack that burst of flavour, and they're nowhere near what I'd call "sweet".
The good news is though, they don't leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth. You don't need mouth wash to get rid of the taste either, as it normally dissipates after about 10 minutes.
I usually heat them up in the microwave for about 40 seconds on 800w to get them mildly warm. This makes them a lot nicer to eat. I recommend you do the same if you want to make them a bit more soggy, as rock solid cornflakes are not that nice to eat.
You can make cornflake cakes with these following an online recipe. This makes a great baking session with the kids and they do taste quite nice at the end, more so than if you drown them in milk and eat them as cereal that is. It's not expensive to do and takes only a little amount of time and effort.
Overall this is an "ok" cereal since it doesn't taste great. It's just too weak and if anything a bit bland. It is a very healthy way to start the day as it does have a lot of good stuff in but really that's all its useful for. I'd recommend this if you're on a diet but to eat everyday just gets boring, so buy some Frosties instead.
I have long been a fan of Kelloggs Corn Flakes, but it is only in these times of financial "crunch" that we (and many other families we know" have been comparing them with cheaper alternatives. So, how do the Kelloggs ones weigh up to their often cheaper competition?
The packaging, branding and advertising of the Kelloggs ones are all very appealing - out of the array of cereal boxes in my cupboard, this one looks fresh, modern yet classic, and GOOD QUALITY. As for the product, the simple idea of the corn flakes is exactly what they say in the name - flakes of corn. They also have the promise of being enriched with vitamins, which makes me feel good about feeding them to my family. They are not sweet if you compare them to frosted versions, or chocolatey cereals, but you can add sweetness, or even fruit, to taste as required which gives a larger versatility and healthiness than sweeter cereals do.
I usually have a full large bowl of these corn flakes, as they are less filling than some bulkier cereals, but the taste is excellent. They are golden in colour, and when milk is added they retain their crunch for several minutes allowing you to savour the crispness. After 5-10 mins they get very soggy (the way my daughter likes them!) and disntegrate into the milk somewhat. The flavour is toasted somehow - there is a depth of flavour and no cardboardiness that some cereals have.
Cornflakes are also very versatile - you can bake cakes by mixing them with chocolate and golden syrup, eat them without milk (as a baby finger food, for example), and they are yummy with fruit yoghurt stirred into them or with hot milk (although the latter makes them instantly soggy). I have tried countless cheaoer versions, but the flavour and texture of alternatives are usually far inferior.
Overall, these are a classic, yummy and versatile cereal, as well as being a breakfast institution!!! Enjoy!
The year was 1894 and William Kellogg was endeavouring to discover a digestible substitute for bread. After an accidental spillage of a mixture he was testing he made a remarkable discovery. After a few more attempts he was to have created what a lot of us now consider a pretty good breakfast. The product, which he created by accident, was Cornflakes. It wasn't however until 1906 that he formed what was then called "The Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company" it was not until sometime later that this was to be changed to Kelloggs.
The packaging of cornflakes has had a few revamps over the years, but two things has remained pretty much constant, those being the colour scheme of red and green, and of course the now infamous Cock which takes pride of place on the front of the box. The product comes in several sizes with the 500g package being the standard and coming in at around a price of £1.78. William Kellogg it is said and according to the newest advert signed the boxes as they left the factory................obviously too big a job these days, but the meaning remains the same. If it doesn't say Kelloggs on the box then it isn't Kelloggs in the box.
There are some who commit sacrilege while having their morning bowl of cornflakes by adding sugar, my hubby being one of those. There really in my opinion is no need to add anything they are absolutely scrummy on their own with freezing cold milk. Hubby tends to have half a packet at a time and again there is no need a decent bowlful will see you through till mid morning break easily. They do have or at least had a highish salt content, but recently they have significantly reduced this, it can still be tasted but more of a background hint than an actual taste. As the name portrays they are flakes, like golden snow flakes only slightly bigger. They are varius shades of gold and even their look is quite tempting. I guess when taking into consideration the very slight salt taste hubby can be forgiven for a little sugar, but jings two great tablespoons is way too much. I think and obviously if we go by sales many agree that Cornflakes are great tasting and make an ideal breakfast for both children and grown ups.
I guess in this day and age £1.78 is not too expensive for a decent breakfast, although in general I do think the price of breakfast cereals is extortionate. As for a breakfast you can do far worse, and will be toiling to finding anything which tastes better. Excluding chocolate another thing which hubby tends to eat too much of.
The nutrition info on Cornflakes is listed below, but as I have read in many reviews, if you like it eat it, if you watch every single thing you eat there will be no time left to enjoy it, and life is too short for that.

There are lots of own label brands and cheaper versions of the simple cornflake but I would have to say that the Kellogs version are the best if only marginally. It is well known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a bowl or two of this cereal with milk will definitely satisfy your appetite and potentially stop you snacking throughout the morning until lunch.
Cornflakes are humble and unassuming and are basically just flakes made from pressed corn. When I was a child I found them quite boring compared to Frosties or Coco pops and if it was all that was in the house I had to eat them by sprinkling a touch of sugar on the top of them although I don't have to now in a similar way to how I no longer take sugar in my tea.
A serving which is roughly 30g is about 113 calories and 0.3g of fat although I am sure this does not include the milk you choose or if you do add sugar on the top. You can see that even if I did eat two bowls of this cereal it would eradicate my need to eat chocolate, cakes or pastries and therefore would be tremendously healthier in the long run. A 500g box of this will cost give or take £1.78 which is a lot cheaper than some of the more fanciful cereals on offer from Kellogs although the own label Tesco variety of cornflakes are around 94 pence so you definitely pay more for the famous name. When I eat cornflakes made by this company I find them tasty and I feel like I am making a good effort at being healthy although you have to eat them fairly swiftly as they will go soggy if left in the milk too long.
The best use for these flakes is definitely though when mixed with melted chocolate, separated in to paper cases and set in the fridge, not very healthy but they taste great.
Kellogg's has been a household name for many years and is famous for making breakfast cereals. Corn flakes are probably the most well-known and in my opinion the best. I like eating Kelloggs corn flakes with icy cold milk straight from the fridge and a little sprinkling of sugar (although they are fine without it.) As with most cereals, you need to eat them up fairly quickly once you have added the milk because they become soggy otherwise. They are deliciously crunchy and easy to eat which is great if you are in a hurry to get to work or school in the mornings. Corn Flakes can also be enjoyed with hot milk but they lose their crispiness which I think is the best bit.
Kelloggs cornflakes have a lovely fresh taste and are deliciously crunchy.
A bowl of corn flakes with cold milk doesn't keep me feeling full until lunchtime but does keep me going until my mid morning break. You could try adding fruit such as chopped banana or strawberries to your bowl of cornflakes to make it a little more filling.
Although Kelloggs corn flakes are advertised as a breakfast cereal they can be enjoyed at any time of day and I often enjoy a bowlful in the evening whilst watching TV. Corn flakes also make delicious cakes by stirring a cupful of them into melted chocolate. Then you spoon the mixture into paper cake cases and putting them in the fridge to set. Very simple to make and loved by children.
You can buy Kelloggs cornflakes in any supermarket and corner shop. They are a little more expensive than supermarkets own brand but I think they taste better.

There can't be many out there who have never tasted or heard of Kelloggs corn flakes. The product has been mass marketed since 1906, so if you've never seen them as you have been walking around the shops, you really haven't been looking at the shelves:-)
There are now many different kinds of imitations of corn flakes but as the advert goes 'if it ain't got Kelloggs on the box, it ain't got Kelloggs in the box'. So for the purpose of this review we are talking about a box of cereal with Kelloggs splattered all over the front, and a huge picture of a green rooster named Cornelius (Corny) Rooster along with a bowl of cornies.
Kelloggs have these cornflakes in many different sizes. There is the 250g, 500g, 750g and 1kg. Obviously the prices vary. For the smaller one expect to pay about £1.40 and for the largest £3.00. The others are somewhere in between.
So what do they taste and look like. Well the corn flakes are just that. Irregular flakes of corn, which have had sugar added. They are very crunchy and are meant to be eaten with milk.
Whenever I eat them, I don't add too much milk, because I would prefer them to stay crunchy. I also make sure my milk is nice and cold. If you add too much milk or allow them to stand for too long the cereal turns soggy.
I don't eat them often now because I don't feel they are healthy, and they are too sweet. I also find them extremely boring. With other breakfasts at least you get different bits of fruit/cereal to try, these are just all the same. I am told that per 30g serving and 125ml on Semi Skimmed Milk, I have eaten 9.0g of sugar and 0.7g of salt. Add to this another 2.5g of fat, and you might see what I mean. There are also 171 calories in this measure.
There are also other cereal, very similar to cornflakes, which are a lot cheaper, however I don't tend to buy them often either. The children don't like them, without adding sugar (which I won't allow) and they often stay in the cupboard for too long.
So I'm sorry Kelloggs, this cereal is going to get a thumbs down from me. 2 dooyoo stars - just because I think the cereal is always fresh, and I like the rooster. Not Recommended!!
I have recently tried out the Kellogg's corn flakes cereal and this is my review.
I bought my box of the Kellogg's cereal in my local mini market and I paid around £2 for the small box but the whole range of Kellogg's cereals is available in larger supermarkets such as Tesco or Sainsbury's and they are usually better value in a larger store than in a local shop like the one I bought my cereal from.
The Kellogg's corn flakes are golden flakes of corn cereal and they look very crispy and are a nice golden colour when I shake them from the box into my bowl. I like the corn flakes sprinkled with a small amount of sugar and then I pour over ice cold milk.
The Kellogg's corn flakes are so tasty that I have recently been eating them as a night time snack for my supper and not just in the morning for my breakfast so they are quite a versatile snack I think.
When I buy cheaper brands of corn flakes I think that they can go soggy quite quickly but the Kellogg's corn flakes don't seem to have this problem and they stay nice and crunchy while I eat the bowl of them. I think cheaper types of corn flakes don't taste as rich as the Kellogg's brand either. I think to look at though, that it would be difficult to tell apart the Kellogg's brand and a cheaper brand if you had them in plain bowls side by side and I can't see any big differences.
The Kellogg's corn flakes are a very nice cereal and I will buy them again. I was pleased when I read on the box that the corn flakes have quite a lot of iron and vitamins in them, it is nice to know that I am eating a breakfast that is quite good for me!
I think the Kellogg's corn flakes have a very nice rich taste to them and as well as that I like that they are nice and crunchy and they seem to keep there crunch well when I have poured the milk on top. I think they are nicer than cheaper brands and so I think they are worth paying a bit more money for.
I would suggest giving the Kellogg's corn flakes a try out. They are good for kids as well as adults and I think they are a good snack to eat at different times of the day. They are quite filling and will fill you nicely for a while after eating. I think they are worth the money and I will be buying them again.
The wikipedia page of John Harvey Kellogg, the man who started up the Kellogs cereal empire, makes for pretty disturbing reading. A 19th century American medical doctor and runner of his own sanitorium, he was obsessed with sexual abstinence and zealously opposed to masturbation, advocating circumcision of boys and "treatments" with carbolic acid to young women to this end. Other "treatments" included the binding together of hands,and the administering of electrical shocks, amongst other things. In addition to this barbarous insanity, he also developed corn flakes, believing that a diet of bland foodstuffs would help promote said abstinence in the general population. In the long run, this led to the proliferation of breakfast cereals as we know them today.
Whilst originally invented by a religious lunatic, Kellogg's Cornflakes as we know them today are highly nutritious, containing ample amounts of vitamins C, B1 and B2, D, and E amongst others, as well as salt and iron and a reasonable but not overwhelming amount of sugar to help get the mental apparatus up-and-running on a morning. They have an appealing crunchy texture and combined with milk they taste refreshing and substantial, and are of course very healthy as well as tasty, whilst the milk of course provides added calcium. Fruit such as dried/fresh strawberries or banana slices can also be added, making for a more varied taste, and the packaging is rather nice and cheerful too.
Unfortunately however they are prohibitiely expensive, costing around £2 or more for a normal sized box, and there is no real reason to part with this cash when you can get what is essentially same stuff missing only the brand name for less than half that price at around 75p for a box of the same size. Kellogg's Corn Flakes are perhaps slightly nicer than their cheaper rivals, with a more satisfyingly crunchy texture and sharper taste, but this is nowhere near enough to justify the doubly expensive price tag. Save your money and buy a cheaper brand instead.
Cornflakes are the traditional cereal and the one I remember as a child. I don't particularly remember them with fondness, however I decided to give them another try. Declicious......is the only way I can describe them.
When put in your bowl I recommend you douse them in ice cold milk (not as nice if the milk isn't really cold) and mix them all up. The flakes of golden corn are really nice but need mixing up with the milk to make them Moorish. When you put in your mouth they crunch and taste really nice and light. There is no malty taste like other cereals just a nice light crunchy piece of cereal. If left too long in the milk they do tend to go soggy so recommend eating them quick or topping up your bowl if you want a large portion.
The downside to this cereal is that I can't get the feeling of being full up with them, so I generally need to finish of my breakfast with either fruit or a piece of toast if I have them. I do also love this cereal as an evening snack and find it quite nice to have a bowl on an evening. This also helps me not to eat any chocolate, which can only be a good thingJ.
Very well known brand and the box is known by everyone. A cockeral is on the outside of the box alongside with the Kellogg's logo and the name of cornflakes. The nutritional info is well branded on the box, it states a 30g serving for nutritional info but surely people have more than that, it is a tiny amount!

The best meal of the day has to be your breakfast, and there are so many cereals available to choose the choice cannot always be easy. This brand of cereal has been around for over 100 years and still popular with adults and children.
It is ready available at any supermarket and it comes in a cardboard box with the little chicken logo and the box is easily opened from the top with a flap opening, inside the contents are inside a plastic wrapper to keep them nice and fresh. I pour mine into a plastic container and use them from there when I need them
They are a nice size flake of cereal and nice and light, they are golden in colour and a little milk on them, they taste delicious and filling. They are very crunchy.

I paid £1 for a 500g box and it was on special offer as they can be on many occasions so it is always best to try and buy them when they are at this price as it can save you lots of money and you can get almost 2 for the price of 1 sometimes.
The are available also in very tiny boxes that contain one serving in a variety pack of different cereals and these are ideal for taking away on holiday with you or if your children like different cereals.
This cereal is perfect used if you are on a diet or reducing your intake as they are filling as well as healthy.
This product is amazing as it has been around for over a century, and it is sold worldwide.
A little sugar can be put onto the cereal if you think it is not sweet enough and if not they taste nice enough, I do not add any sugar to mine as I just like them just on their own.
I use them to make little cakes for my grandson as I used to for my own children when they were younger, I just melt some chocolate, any type, cooking or just milk chocolate and I add the flakes to them and mix they lightly together and let them set and they are excellent for them as a little treat and for those dark days when you want to your child to be busy and you have a cooking day together, this is a very easy, quick way of passing the time and amusing the children.
I am sure everyone has tried these but if you have not I recommend them to anyone to give them a try.

Kelloggs has to be the biggest brand in our house and there are just some cereals that you have to pay the money for. Kelloggs cornflakes are one of the cereals that I have to pay the money for because other brands just don't come close for us.
The texture of the flakes are a big thing for me especially if they go soggy in the milk. Cheaper brands go soggy but chewy and I can not stand that feeling in my mouth. They are an odd shape flake too which I like. I have noticed that with the flakes that all look the same size and shape they are usually the ones to avoid due to the bland taste and texture.
I always ensure that I have a big box of these in stock. I am not much of a breakfast eater and my partner never seems to have time but I tend to have a bowl of these a night as a snack and so does my partner. I like mine with ice cold full fat milk and a sprinkle of sugar. My partner however will not eat sugar on his and prefers them plain. On the odd occasion our children will also go for a change and have a bowl of these and enjoy it.
Each serving holds 112 calories which is a good intake to the start of the day. They are made out of corn which hold carbohydrates to keep your energy levels up though the day. This breakfast also holds a lot of vitamins such as Thiamin, folic acid and vitamin b12. These vitamins ensure that you are getting what you need in a diet. This alone will not make you healthy the other foods that you eat will contribute to this but this cereal gives you a good start.
I usually buy the 500g box but they do a box bigger than that one, my 500g box is approximately 30 servings and this tends to last us around a week but we have smaller bowls and the children do not tend to eat as much as an adult. If I ate this on a daily basis this would only last me around 2 weeks.
I like this cereal I think it is very healthy, it holds lots of flavour, it tastes nice when it is soggy, the pack inside keeps the flakes very fresh. I gives me a good start to the day if I have it in the morning. I think this is one of the best cereals for adults and children and if you are on a diet I would advise to eat this as part of your daily intake.
