I experiment with lots of products on my feet, because I like to try and keep them soft and smooth. I wear heels and shoes that probably don't do my feet much good on a regular basis. Because of this, I often get quite dry and cracked skin around the heel area, as well as on patches around the toes. I found that a moisturiser just wasn't enough, and I needed something more like a scrub. I could not believe the prices that some brands were charging, until I found this intensive rough skin remover from the brand Beauty Formulas. I think that Beauty Formulas are stocked in many budget stores, however they can be quite difficult to get hold off if you are looking specifically for them. Some online retailers do stock them, but not the big named stores like Boots. I got mine from the store Bodycare, and I think I paid around 90p or so for this product. I think this is extremely cheap when put in comparison to better branded foot treatments, so I was happy to pay this price and see if how good it was. It comes in a tube as shown in the image, and it contains 100ml worth of scrub which is a decent size for the price paid. It squirts out easily, and I like to dispense it into the palm of my hand. Then I simply applied all over my feet, focusing particularly on the dry areas of my skin. The scrub itself is quite nice as you can feel it exfoliating, but it is not too harsh on the skin, and moisturises quite nicely too. It is easy to use, and only a takes a minute or so to cover both feet. I like to spread this quite liberally to ensure I cover all of my feet. It does dry quite easily, and then you just need to wash it off. Personally, I like to apply this just before I get in the shower, as I can just wash it off when I am in there which I have found the most effective way to do it. Overall, it is very easy to use and does not make much mess at all. This intensive foot treatment is menthol and peppermint scented, which is actually very nice and suitable for the feet. It leaves the feet smelling nice and fresh after application, and the scent is not overly strong either which is always a plus. When I first purchased this scrub, I was using it regularly - perhaps every day or two. My feet noticeably improved and were much smoother. However, now they have improved regularly, I just like to use it once a week or so to maintain this. I can not believe how good the results were from this 90p foot treatment! It really worked on the hard and dry patches of skin and smoothed much of it away. Not only this, but it also moisturises the whole feet leaving them feeling much softer and smoother. I was really impressed with this bargain! Overall, I would definitely recommend this foot scrub to other people. It is simple to user, and delivers wonderful results for even very dry skin. It is worth picking it up if you see it in a local bargain store, as it really has worked wonders for me. I have now stocked up on another one for when I run out! You do not need to use much of this, so it does end up lasting a good time also. The only fault I could say is that there are more intensive and better foot treatments available on the market, however in terms of value for money this Beauty Formulas product comes up trumps. Really impressed, thanks for reading.
