      cinnamon cakes - yum!

I've just recently bought this Cinnamon Cakes body wash from Waitrose, it's part of the 'essential' Waitrose toiletries collection, and there's an offer on at the moment whereby you get 2 of the products in the range for £2.00. The range includes shower gels, handwashes and bubble baths. I bought the Cinnamon Cakes body wash and the Green Tea & Apple body wash. I basically bought the body washes after buying and liking a couple of the handwashes from the same range.

The body wash is in a 250ml bottle, and if bought with another product in the range it costs just £1.00. The body wash comes in a see through bottle, which I like because you can then see how much you have left at a glance. The bottle stands on its cap, which I also like because it makes it easy to get the last few bits out as they naturally settle at the cap end and so there's no shaking or banging of the bottle, or turning it upside down and waiting ages for the last few bits to drip down to the cap end to enable you to squeeze them out. The bottle is shaped with a hook on the top of the bottle so that you can hang it up in your shower if you wanted to. The body wash is easy to squeeze out of the bottle and it doesn't dispense too much at one time so that you end up using more than you need.

The body wash is a lovely creamy beige colour, and it has a really rich and creamy consistency. It smells absolutely divine, good enough to eat basically! This smells just like delicious warm and spicy cinnamon buns straight from the oven. It's a sweet yet kind of spicy fragrance, sugary yet heady with cinnamon at the same time. This would make a perfect wintery, christmassy body wash as it's a really warming fragrance. The fragrance lingers in on your skin for quite a while after showering, and also the bathroom always smells wonderful for ages after showering with this as well.

This is a wonderfully moisturising body wash, my skin doesn't feel dry or tight after using this, just refeshed and clean, and smelling absolutely divine. It lathers up really well in the shower and feels really creamy and moisturising on my skin when I'm rubbing it in. It rinses off easily, and it just leaves behind the divine, good enough to eat cinnamon cakes fragrance.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this body wash, and I'd certainly buy it again, however I think that I'd like to try some of the other body washes in the range first. I think that I'll buy this one again as the winter starts to draw in.
The other body washes available were; olive & jojoba, chamomile & vanilla, sea salt & kelp, ginger & clementine, lemon blossom & amber, sea grass & mint, and sweet plum & mimosa. Along with the two that I purchased; the cinnamon cakes body wash, and the green tea & apple body wash.
