Being the bargain hunter that I am I came across a few bottles of this Dove visible care body wash on the top shelf marked up at 2 pence a bottle in Asda, yes 2 pennies! It was obviously being discontinued by them or perhaps an old packaging style so I obviously cleared the shelf of about 5 bottles of the stuff. The Dove body wash comes in a tall and slim curvilinear plastic bottle, this is a tough plastic and holds 200 ml of product. The bottom of the container is a nice aqua green, that gets lighter and blends into white at the top of the bottle. The bottle has a flip on and off cap on its base where it stands upright, you squeeze the bottle to release the body wash, or rather you squeeze and squeeze and squeeze and shake and eventually you might get lucky and get a drop of the stuff! There is obviously a design fault with these bottles because it is very difficult to get any of the creme body wash out once you are halfway through the stuff. My last bottle I ended uo ripping the bottom of the bottle off to get to it, not good. The Dove branding and little Dove symbol is across the front and the product detailing Dove visible care creme body wash - brightening. The Creme The creme body wash once out of the bottle is a lovely thickening creamy white creme, it almost looks like whipped cream but super smooth. This creme consistency is obviously what is causing problems getting it out of the bottle, however if it weren't for this issue the product really is lovely. I didn't find the product to be scented, it just smells fresh and rich. The creme leathers up wonderfully in the shower with minimal effort. This dove body wash claims to brighten up skin and have proven visible skin improvements in 7 days and visibly more beautiful in 3 weeks. The body wash contains a unique formula with Nutrium Moisture. I don't know about brightening my skin, but this body wash certainly moisturised my skin and left it feeling soft, silky and smooth, which I haven't found with that many body washes. I often don't believe the hype and claims of products, but this creme really does noticeably improve my skins condition and is really good for using in the colder months when we're all suffering. The only thing wrong with this is the packaging, which really let's the product down as you get totally fed up with fighting with it and it would put me off buying it again (even at 2 p!!). For that I have to knock 2 stars off, fix the packaging and it definitely deserves 5/5. This is available in supermarkets and high street shops at full rrp £1.49.
