A nicely packaged and effective product.

Introduction The Dead Sea Source range of toiletries is renowned for harnessing the natural powers associated with the minerals from the Dead Sea and using them in their products. Dead Sea Source products combine organic elements with marine extracts and essential oils to create luxury toiletries. Price The Dead Sea Source range is available from Boots instore and online. For a 100ml bottle of Dead Sea Source De-stress with Ginger Body Wash I paid £2.03 The full size 300ml bottle is available for £5.61.As with all Boots indulgent bathing products it can often be found on a 3 for 2 offer, making the range good value. Packaging The 100ml version of this product comes in a clear plastic bottle which stands upright with a screw on/off cap. The bottle is made of good quality plastic but is easy enough to squeeze out. The bottle being clear is very handy as it means you can see how much product you are using and also how much is left. The labels on the bottle have the Dead Sea Source logo on the front and a brief description and safety information on the back. The information regarding the use of the Dead Sea minerals is very vague though and I personally would have liked to know more about it. The bottle simply states 'beautifying minerals' and 'marine extracts'. I would have liked the bottle to give more information on what and how. Overall, the packaging is simple but with rich colours and slight metallic lettering it looks quite sophisticated. Product The nice thing about this product is that you can see it through the packaging so you have a rough idea what your getting. The product is a vibrant transparent orange colour is a gel consistency. As the product is labelled 'with Ginger' I expected it to be very spicy smelling but it is actually really subtle. I found a more citrus tone coming through with just a hint of spice. It is a very warming but not overpowering scent which is very relaxing and the scent does linger even using a small amount. In terms of the mineral elements I can't really say much as I don't know that much about them but I can confirm the claims of 'gently cleanses' and 'replenish and soften' as being correct. The product left my skin soft and created a rich yet gentle lather. At the time I purchased this product Boots.com were selling it as a bubble bath not body wash but this has since been rectified and so I was a little surprised to receive a body wash. However, I have found that it can be used as both a bath product and a body product. I found it foamed equally well in water as on a body mop and a little goes a long way. Out of the 100ml I got about 5 baths full of bubbles and several body wash applications. It's a lovely product to use and so bearing in mind how much use I got from the bottle I think £2.03 is a very reasonable price. I also purchased it on 3 for 2 making it even better.

A Gorgeous Smelling Body Wash with Skin Care Benefits

The colour captivated me. It was orange and looked as it was glowing on the shelf. I picked it up and read what the product was. I did a little sneaky open and sniff, it smelt refreshing and gorgeous. I was holding the DeadSeaSource De-Stress Ginger Body Wash. The waters of the Dead Sea are rich with minerals that can transform even the most stressed-out skin into radiant and refreshed skin. By using the DeadSeaSource De-Stress Ginger Body Wash you will be drenching your skin in beautifying minerals from the Dead Sea. The minerals in the Dead Sea are good for relaxing the body and muscles. It's been proven for centuries that bathing in Dead Sea minerals helps relieve skin conditions such as Psoriasis and Eczema. The minerals present in the Dead Sea are also naturally present within skin cells but commonly get depleted which can cause severe dryness, wrinkle development and dull looking skin. When Dead Sea minerals are used, they feed those essential minerals back into the skin cells improving the overall health and vitality of the skin. This product has 21 Marine extracts combined with organic ginger and essential oils of mandarin, tangerine and ginger leave skin soft, smooth and replenished. The product is in a clear, squeezable plastic bottle. It foams up very easily, you only have to use a little bit and the scent is beautifully distinctive with de-stressing ginger and revitalising mandarin. After using the product, I could smell it on my skin and the skin looked toned and refreshed. Did not feel like I had a residue on my body and did not dry the skin. You can use this in your bath as an accompaniment, to foam the bath or you can get this product as a Bath Soak too. Also try the Body Scrub, the grains are a perfect size, come off the skin easily when washed and leave the skin look bright and smooth. You can find this product in Boots and the price starts at £5.49. However with the constant offers on at Boots you can sometimes get 3 for 2 or pick it up with one third off the original price. Also if you have a Boots card you will get your points too.
