I don't know what it is about pull along toys but all the kids I know absolutely love them and they have always been a favourite in our house. I can probably guess actually why they like them as its a toy that follows them wherever they go and usually does something fun whilst its being pulled along too.My son, at two and a half has probably just grown out of this toy but for months, whenever he walked anywhere he had to be either pulling this zebra toy, the spotty dog pull along or the toy telephone pull along we have too. I think pull along toys are great, especially when your little one is just beginning to move and walk because it really encourages them to get up and move and start walking.
This zebra toy is really cute and one of the better pull along toys we have. The toy is black and white and so is the proper colours for a zebra which is something I like and the colours black and white are known to be quite stimulating for young kids so this is another good aspect.
I like this zebra because he has quite a low centre of gravity and so he does not fall over or fall to the side like a lot of other pull along toys can do. I know this really frustrated my boy because his dog would always fall to the side and then be really hard to pull and I would always have to be around to turn him the right way up otherwise there would be tears and so zebra is great because he stays upright very well.
The zebra also has really good rubber coated wheels which means it moves quite well along the floor and will not mark your floors either. I find the zebra moves better over our wooden and tile floors but it still moves fairly well over our carpeted floors. Its when the zebra is moved that the fun really starts. His head bobs up and down which always makes my son laugh and because his, "legs", wheels at the back are smaller than the ones at the front they spring up and down when you wheel him along too so there is plenty of funny things going on when you pull him along to keep your little one entertained. The cord is a nice length in my opinion too, its long enough for my little boy to get a good grip but its not too long that it gets all tangled up or presents a danger which is a very good aspect. All in all, a really fun toy to play with.
This interesting Zebra Pull toy will surely help to motivate children to walk and move around. The head of the zebra nods up and down and the back rolls as the hind leg spring up and down.
