Not something I would go out to buy myself - but would be happy with if even as a gift

My other half bought the Lots o' Loops Rattle for our son in April when he was around 6 months old. He paid around £8 for it from Mothercare. The Lots O' Loops Rattle is basically lots of brightly coloured loops all joined together in a spherical shape. There are blue, greeen, orange and pink loops and two clear loops with multicoloured rattly beads in, hence the 'rattle'. It is ideal for either a boy or a girl and the mix of colours would suit either sex. The coloured loops are soft enough for babies gums and therefore it is also suitable for use as a teether. My son enjoyed shaking this around to hear the rattling noises and he would often lie on the floor chewing the life out of it!! His teeth are now cutting through and he still gums on it and there appears to be damage to the loops at all. Its not the sort of 'toy' that would keep him occupied for more than 10 minutes and it has so few actions. It is okay for the price but a but difficulot and fiddly to clean when he has been sick on it through chewing on it so hard and trying to get it in tp his mouth so far. It would be okay as a gift for someone else if you are on a limited budget but it wouldnt be something I would bother with really.
